Well, this isn’t traditional, it’s not safe, and it’s definitely not something commonly done. After considering my current situation, which you can read about in my last two posts, an interesting thought came to mind.
As crazy as this sounds, it makes perfect sense from an intuitive and divinely guided perspective. The truth is, what’s right for you might not be right for everyone else, and that’s the point.
All things considered; I’ve just been fired from a part-time job that pays $10.50 per hour, I’m probably now going to lose my car and my cell phone, I have no money, I’m in debt, I haven’t been on vacation since 2001, I’m 44, and I’m not going to live forever.
Taking a step back is the last thing you’d advise me to do, but it’s time. So, I decided to walk, hitchhike, and bicycle my way around the country seeing all the places and things I’ve never been able to see.
I’m calling it the Poor Tour, and if my phone doesn’t get turned off, I’ll update this site about my whereabouts.
