Some say they don’t, so let’s take a trip back to 1974. The Rockford Files was a television show that aired for six years between 1974 and 1980. The star, James Garner, who’s better known to us as Jimmy Rockford, embodies all the traits, qualities, and characteristics that’ll have women twirling their hair.
He was tall, tanned, tough, and intelligent. In the show, Rockford played the role of a private investigator working in and around Los Angeles. In real life, Garner served his country for fourteen months as a rifleman in the Korean War. He received a purple heart.
