⚾ Currently, the Pittsburgh Pirates are 9-15 overall, and I know that’s not great, but if you’re looking for something positive to build off of, they’re 6-7 at home. Eh, almost .500. In the National League Central, the Pirates are in last place, but I’m hopeful. Their next game is tomorrow; they’re on the road against the Los Angeles Angles.

🌘 This morning I woke up early, it was sometime before four, and I found myself looking up at a clear dark sky and a beautiful crescent moon in its waning phase. When have a brand-new lunar cycle beginning on the twenty-seventh of this month, and it will be in the astrological sign, Taurus.

💛 After fifteen years of downtime, King of the Hill is finally returning to television for a full season, which we’ll be able to watch on Hulu. Season 14 is set to begin at some point during this summer, “I tell you what!” Lol

🦈 According to, Sustainability Times (online pub.), a startling discovery was made off the coast of Vancouver Island. Tucked-in neatly near an underwater volcano was thousands of giant eggs. What in God’s name is going to hatch out of these things, I have no idea, but it made me think of that scene in the movie, Aliens, when Sigourney Weaver finds herself in the midst of all those alien eggs.

🏈 The NFL Draft is scheduled for this evening, Thursday, April 24, 2025, at 8:00 PM. This year’s draft will be the 90th, and it’s going to be held at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Tennessee Titans have the first pick, and they’re expected to pick Cam Ward, a quarterback from Miami. I’m a little shocked to see Cam Ward going first overall, but, hey.. Five Buckeyes are expected to go in the first round; Jack Sawyer DE, JT Tuimoloau DE, Denzel Burke CB, Quinshon Judkins RB, and Emeka Egbuka WR.

Alright everyone, I hope your Thursday was a glorious one. It’s 82 degrees and sunny here in the dependency state of Pennsylvania, and I think we all should be receiving that great spring weather by now.
