It’s okay to wake up in a bad mood. It’s okay to be really upset and pissed off. It’s okay to have a bad day, two days, five days, and a week.
It’s okay. I’m human. You’re human. We’re all human, and feeling upset is just an emotion.
What am I getting at here? I can go in many directions with this?
You can’t control what other people do, but you can control yourself. If you’re upset, and you chose to run or go for a walk and ignore everyone until you’re in a better mood, that’s okay.
People, we’ll, other people need to be a little tolerant, a little empathetic, and a little understanding. If they really care about you they’ll give you that space and time.
