Girls Gone Wild, Asteroid Edition

In astrology, we know many of our sacred females reside in the asteroid belt. Ceres, Pallas, Juno, and Vesta are all Goddesses, and although these Goddesses aren’t used by all astrologers, they still possess special meaning in our lives as they’re positioned in our charts.

To give you a great example, I have a seventh house sun, and the seventh house pertains to matters involving marriage and partnerships. A sun here would almost guarantee marriage, but because Aquarius is the seventh house sign, the sun is in detriment here.

This is challenging, and I’m 42, and still not married. Without getting deep into the issues, I can look across the way at the 12th House of secrets and secret enemies and see Juno, Queen of Gods and Goddess of marriage and childbirth.

I don’t live my life according to my birth chart, but the energy there is giving some insight to situation.

From what we’ve known, asteroids are contained in that space between Mars and Jupiter, we call it the asteroid belt, however, in 2020, something unique was discovered.

From the Palomar Observatory in San Diego, California, on January 4, 2020, astronomers discovered Aylo’chaxnim. Aylo is unique because it is the first and only asteroid orbiting the Sun inside the orbit of Venus. Aylo orbits our sun in approximately 151 days between the orbits of Mercury and Venus. That means Aylo spends approximately 12.6 days in each sign.

Aylo is another female, and when she was discovered, she was on the 22nd degree of Aquarius in the 1st House, 3 degrees below the Ascendant, and in conjunction with Venus.

Discovering a personality and assigning attributes to Aylo is still in the works I assume, but I might do my own homework and see what was going on in my life and around the world at the time of her discovery.
