In the early 2000’s, I was taking almost 30 pills per day (mostly amino acids and vitamins), but when I stopped lifting, I also stopped supplementing. When I went to the food store a few days ago I picked up a bottle of Turmeric 450 mg because I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about it.

Never before have I taken a Turmeric supplement so I’m really excited. Right now, I’m taking one 450 mg tablet once daily, and hopefully in a couple of weeks I’ll start seeing and feeling some positive results. I will definitely update y’all.
