Astro.com (Chart of the Moment)

Good afternoon, everyone.  The chart above is from astro.com, and it was the chart of the moment at 12:39 PM.

The first house is occupied by three signs, Sagittarius, Capricorn, and Aquarius, but if you look at Capricorn,  you’ll notice a symbol there that looks like a question mark.

That is Ceres, the Roman Goddess of Agriculture, Fertility, and Harvest.  In the mythology of the Greeks, Demeter was her equivalent.

Demeter was the Olympian Goddess of the Harvest and Agricultural, but she was also called on over matters pertaining to health, birth, and marriage.

Going back even further, Egypt had their equivalent, and that was Isis.  It was the rise of Christianity that ended the widespread worshipping of Isis.

The worshiping of certain deities, gods, and goddesses was often prevented and considered against the law when a conquering army took over.

That’s why we see them resurfacing over the years with new names.

But, I had a very close and personal relationship with Isis.

This back in 2010, and I wasn’t working or sleeping much, and because I didn’t have money, I wasn’t really eating.  I was also writing, and what ended up happening was that during a long, 80-page-writing session, I began to channel Isis.

Anyway…

Capricorn is an excellent placement for Ceres.  Capricorn is cardinal earth, and the Sea Goat is patient, steady, and persistent.

Cardinal energy is forward moving energy.  It’s the energy of leadership and change-forceful and willful change.

With Ceres in Capricorn in the first house, a person with this chart would care deeply about having children, being able to have children, and childbirth in general.

They’re a hardworking family man/woman who’s active in the community and known to some extent.

As Saturn is the planetary ruler of Capricorn, this is a person who needs or is used to having structure and order in their lives.  They’re up early and out the door for work, and they have a real busy day ahead with lots on the schedule.

There’s wrong with being busy, but it’s not uncommon for this personality type to have a hard time when they’re all out of busy work, and it’s time to get to the heart of things.

Lost, confused, and vulnerable are the words I hear describing them.

Not all, but some don’t understand freedom or what having free will is all about.

A lack of understanding causes fear, and fear causes them to hate people who enjoy living without order, restrictions, and limitations.

This is about the transition from Saturn to Uranus.
