The Declaration

It’s with much seriousness, thought, and feeling that I’m writing this interpretation today because it represents much more than an analysis. I have a friend who happens to be a famous author and astrologer, and some of you guys might remember him from the Q & A interview we did here on Nooz Buffet.

Anyway, one time, he told me I was inspiring and coming from him, that meant a lot to me. So, I’d like to begin this post by stressing the importance of your focus on yourself. In order to be inspiring, you have to discover what you’re passionate about, and that begins with you focusing on yourself. Not your neighbor. Also, keep in mind that we cannot control what other people do.

NUMEROLOGY

The numerology of today’s date, is as follows: 8-16-24. This is a progressive date moving forward in multiples of 8, and we’ll never see such a date again until September 18, 2027, October 20, 2030, November 22, 2033, and finally December 24, 2036.

If you want to trace it backwards; July 14, 2021, June, 12, 2018, May 10, 2015, April 8, 2012, March 6, 2009, February 4, 2006, and finally January 2, 2003. So, every three years since 2003, this trend or pattern has been going on.

8+16+24= 48. 4+8=12. 1+2=3. At the end of it all, the date can be added to equal 48 and then added again and reduced down to 12, then 3.

LUNAR REMINDER

If you read the last Moon Scope, which was about the new moon in Leo, I mentioned that if you could hold off on making decisions based solely on emotion until the time of the full moon, you’d be better off because the full moon is going to be in Aquarius. Aquarius is Leo’s polar opposite, and it represents the cool intellectual side of the axis. The full moon is a time of revelation, so, considering that, along with the fact that the full moon will be in Aquarius on the 19th, you should be better prepared and more informed to move forward with things. That time is coming up in three days.

ASTROLOGY FOR 8/16/2024 @ 1:33 PM

Keep in mind, this reading will begin with an unveiling, and eventually, we’ll circle back to the beginning to find out that its been about regeneration the whole time.

The ascendant located on the 20th degree of Scorpio shows a woman pulling back two dark curtains. She’s revealing or unveiling something us. There’s a message, and it’s through the deepening of faith, we can open up to an expanded future. It’s about having faith in the future, not fearing it.

Faith doesn’t only have to mean religion. Faith is believing or having a belief, and as we turn our attention to the highest point in the chart, the midheaven, we can see an obvious, but unique connection.

The Sabian image for the 2nd degree of Virgo, which is where the midheaven is, shows a large white cross upraised. This is where we learn about what’s really going on and who this reading is directed towards.

This degree in Virgo is about conviction, and convictions are firmly held beliefs or opinions. Growth is what comes from suffering. Like Virgo is the sign of consciousness, we’re awakening to sacredness from this suffering.

The obvious connection is through the image of the cross because it connects religion with faith, but like I said, it’s also unique because faith doesn’t necessarily have to be connected to religion.

It’s about suffering, and more specifically, the suffering we go through and endure because of those beliefs and opinions we firmly hold on to.

The North Node is on the 7th degree of Aries in the 5th House. This is the house of sexual pleasure, fun, sun, art, love, and really anything we derive pleasure from. The Sabian for this degree shows drive. Drive is the motivation and human will to go on, and to keep going. It describes a man successfully expressing himself in two realms at once, and it says there’s an extension of possibilities as we’re living on both sides of each situation.

The best way to describe this is that the 11th house is opposite the fifth. The fifth is more or less now, and the 11th is more future oriented. So, by understanding the positives and negatives or good and bad in everything you do, you’ll know when enough is enough and when it’s time move on. We don’t want to fall into laziness and comfort here because not knowing when to move on could destroy our future. Epicurus once said, “Everything in moderation less the enjoyment fade.” It’s a fine line.

The North Node mentions drive, and the Sun in the 9th House is telling us that there is, has been, or will be a long journey involved. Some of us, because of our beliefs and opinions have been through a lot. It has been a long road with a lot of suffering. You have no job, sneakers with holes in them, no car, no money, etc.

In this position, we’re told that we’re to give our attention only to what matters. Excelling to mastery requires us to bring total concentration to the matter at hand. The Sabian Symbol shows an untidy unkept man, and the message is straight forwardness.

On the 13th degree of Capricorn, the Moon begins to tie this reading together. The Sabian reads, “Devotion.” It’s resonating with enduring values, mysticism, and fire worship.

Some of us seek to know, and some of us seek to know the deepest and darkest secrets of life. Part of the reason for why we do this is because of our faith. Our faith, those beliefs and opinions we’ve held firmly are what we’ve come to learn, accept, and base our existence upon. They’re the foundation, and in the 2nd house, we can clearly see that that’s exactly what we’re in possession of.

Lacking all the material possessions in a materialistic world, which includes money or a lack of money, we, at our very foundation, have a devotion to understanding and a desire to know. We have beliefs and opinions that are so strong, they’ve become the foundation of our faith. Not everyone has faith. It’s hard to have both faith and money. That’s why priests don’t work.

At the very top of the chart, Virgo is showing us the cross, and most people would interpret that as a time to turn to God.

CIRCLING BACK TO THE BEGINNING

Biblically speaking, a regeneration means that God brings a person new life. They are born again from a previous state of separation from God.

The original message on the ascendant was to have faith in the future. Typically, we fear the unknown, and the future is unknown territory. Don’t fear the future. The growth we’ve attained through suffering is now leading to a conscious awakening where we’ll soon discover what’s sacred to us.

At some point, you decided to be in the position you currently find yourself in. At some point, you decided that your faith was more important than anything, including money because without faith, you knew you wouldn’t have a future.

That’s why you spoke out instead of biting your tongue. That’s why you walked out instead of being patient. That’s why you covered your ears when you should’ve been listening. That’s why you did everything you did to protect what you believed in. It was your faith in the future.

I know not having money sucks, and this is the main reason why we’re so uncertain about the future, but we’re in possession of something more valuable than money. When it comes to the second house of the zodiac, people always forget about faith, but the Founders of this country had only their faith when they decided claim independence.

Right now, we must be driven, straightforward, and focused only on what matters. This is how we’ll get to our future, and it’s not just any future. It’s the future we suffered for.

Think about your suffering. Why are you suffering? For what are you suffering for?

A regeneration is also the renewal, regrowth, or restoration of a body or body part. When regeneration is on the menu, it means that we’re moving forward minus whatever is holding us back, preventing progress, or hindering us from functioning at peak levels.

Sometimes, a regeneration occurs naturally, and if that’s the case, then there’s not much we can do to prevent it. It can be harsh.

For example: If I’m A, and I was meant to be with C, then I’ll be with C. It doesn’t matter if B is in the way. B can never and will never be able to stop A from reaching C. It’s just the way it was meant to be.

The realization in this situation specifically is that faith, as important as it is, isn’t much without action. When we take that unshakable faith of ours that forever promises a better tomorrow and bright future and move with focus on what’s important to us, the manifestation of destiny becomes the reality. You were so worried about being poor with no money and no possessions, that you forgot about the one thing you do have, your faith.

With that, anything is possible.
