A Special Alignment for Tomorrow, September 2nd

September 1, 2025

Tomorrow at approximately 3:11 p.m., Mars in Libra will conjoin the Midheaven on the 17th degree.  Mars will then form a semi-sextile to the Moon’s South Node, which will be on the 18th degree of Virgo in the Ninth House, and a quincunx to the Moon’s North Node on the 18th degree of Pisces in the Third House.

My Interpretation

There’s a connection between our career and our reputation with the public.  Mars is the sacred warrior, the emotionally driven leader who is courageous enough to step out of his comfort zone and be pioneering.

In the sign of Libra and in the Tenth House, Mars is polished and intelligent in his approach to creating harmony and establishing balance within our careers or with whatever we do for a living.

Justice and truth are also connected to Libra, so there’s some type of balancing that needs to be done when it comes to being seen or perceived by the public.  It’s almost like the real you has been hidden or absent, and that made it easy for people to form opinions about you that were false and based on lies and they ended up spreading like wild fire.

And, what about destiny?  If you were born with a special purpose, perhaps it’s time for you to get on the destiny path.  It’s crazy to assume this, but not everyone is meant to live a “normal” life.  It’s not often, but special people do grace us with their presence once in a while.  If that’s you, and that’s what you’ve awakened to, then it’s time to start believing in yourself.

Mars conjunct the Midheaven in Libra would certainly indicate disruptions, fighting, and arguing within relationships either at work with coworkers or with loved ones at home about your work and your reputation, or your reputation with the public in general.

Maybe you’re fighting and arguing to defend yourself or to convince people that you’re not what they think of you, but it’s hard changing the perceptions and the personal narratives people have of us.

It seems like no matter how much we change or how much we improve, they can’t seem to shake or get over the mistakes we’ve made in the past.  If that is the case, what is fighting going to solve?

No, I don’t think Mars needs to fight now.  I think he needs to express himself through Libra, and that’s someone who’s smart, someone who’s able to express himself and communicate effectively, and someone who not only understands the importance of relationships, but one who knows he truly needs the other.

The semisextile to the Moon’s South Node in Virgo in the Ninth House favors research and the gathering of materials that can provide us with truth and cold hard facts.  The Ninth House is also a very religious house, and while we may not need to go to war with religious institutions, we may need to probe for certain information.  Nothing is going to come easy because, for one, the Ninth House is the house of long journeys, and two, Virgo is perfect, or at least she thinks she is.

Again, you can’t argue with someone who refuses to take responsibility for their actions or someone who can never admit when they’re wrong, made a mistake, or are at fault.

Establish a relationship, and through that relationship, you can at least learn or gain important information.

The quincunx connecting Mars to the North Node in Pisces in the Third House can help Mars see a different side of life if Mars is willing to be compassionate, but it’s really about helping you to believe in yourself.

Pisces in the Third House makes for a very wishy washy and confusing situation.  A lot of things are unclear, which is really what seems to be the problem.

This requires you to dig deep into that Mars archetype and pull out some assertiveness.  Mars will need to use his sword to cut down the blockages, the deceptions, and all the illusions, and when the picture becomes clear, obviously, he’ll need to make a decision.

However, there are no real answers, only a reliance in faith.  Trust yourself, and believe that everything is going to work out in your favor.

There could be feelings of depression, sadness, or like the end is near because that’s what can manifest through Pisces, but know that life will go on with or without you. Now is not the time to give up.  It’s time to go deep within.

The North Node in the Third House is telling you the answer is the neighborhood, not the grand stage.  It’s the family and not the large audience.

One thing must be brought to a conclusion before the other thing can begin. With Pisces in the Third House and Aries occupying part of the Third House and the Fourth House, something at home could be coming to an end.

Ultimately, it’s another fresh start.

Warring with the Other?

Augustus 7, 2025

Yesterday, at some time towards the evening, Mars was on the zero degree of Libra in the Seventh House.

From that position, Mars squared Venus, who was in Cancer in the Fourth House, and was opposite the conjunction between Saturn and Neptune in Aries in the First House.

The Seventh House, as it naturally sits in opposition to the First House of Self, represents the other people we deal with in partnerships and relationships.   Libra rules the Seventh House and, therefore, is right at home.

When I see Mars in Libra in the Seventh House, I know, potentially, we could be dealing with a very specific manifestation of energy.  This is not war, arguing, or fighting just for the sake of fighting and arguing.

This type of energy is the kind that builds over time.  It’s about justice, it’s about balancing the scales, and ultimately, harmony and peace.

Venus and Mars

Now, from this point, I see the possibility of three different scenarios.

Because the conjunction between Saturn and Neptune is opposite Mars, I can see that there’s an option between fighting on one end and the higher side of Neptune conjunct Saturn, which is really about self-control, clearing the mind, and snapping back into reality.  In other words, working on the self in a very disciplined and spiritual way.

However, I don’t know if Mars is going to go that route because of the square with Venus in the Fourth House.  If Venus was trine Mars here, I’d say okay, but the square indicates a problem we must face for growth, and love has nothing to do with it.

So, Mars hides his love, Venus, away in the sanctuary that is the Fourth House, and he rejects the option for more self-work and self-improvement because he has finally had enough, and he’s going to kick somebody’s ass, who probably deserves it.

The second scenario goes like this:

The square between Venus in Cancer in the Fourth House and Mars in Libra in the Seventh House tells me that this is an issue within the home between boyfriend and girlfriend, or husband and wife possibly.  Cancer is the sign of loyalty, so because of the square, this could be a situation where she cheated, and Mars in Libra in the Seventh House then obviously represents the outcome of something that began in the Fourth House.

The third scenario is one no one thinks about.

In the mirror of the Seventh House, Mars in Libra in the Seventh House indicates that you are at war with yourself.  You’re not happy with yourself.

Remember, the opposition between Saturn and Neptune in Aries in the First House means that Saturn could be putting his foot down.  Old Father Time has spoken, and there are habits you’re trying to break.

It’s time for you to face life head-on like a grown man or woman.  It’s time to ground yourself and develop positive attitudes towards your life and the future. You know this, and you’re working towards it, but it’s difficult.

If this is the case, just be patient with yourself.  Love yourself.

Alright, everyone, enjoy this glorious Thor’s Day!

It Might Be Time to Look at President Trumps Chart

Monday, September 16, 2024

After a second attempt to take Former President, Donald Trump’s life, I felt the need to look at his birth chart.

Mars in the 12th House in Leo is definitely a revelation of danger from secret enemies, and he also has Pluto in the 12th House in Leo.

The two planets are not conjoined, but seeing Pluto and Mars in the same sign and in the same House reminded me of a chart I just looked at.

Diana, Princess of Wales, who died a violent and untimely death, had a Pluto/Mars conjunction in Virgo in the 8th House.

Every time I get a hunch to look at a chart, there are always complimentary alignments that I share with the person, and Donald Trump is no different.

Trump’s IC and Uranus in my chart are on the same degree.

His ascendant/descendant axis on Leo/Aquarius 29 degrees is aligned with my Nodal axis.

His Jupiter and the IC in my chart are on the same degree and in the same sign.

The IC is a deep and personal part of the chart, and with the involvement of the Moon’s Nodal axis, we’re dealing with karmic issues, evolution of the soul, and destiny for this lifetime.

It’s awfully interesting and definitely worth a deeper look.

Mars in Gemini

August 12, 2024

A lot of people don’t know this, but the planet Mars has two Moons. Asaph Hall was credited with their discovery in 1877, but I have a good feeling humans knew about them way before 1877. I mean, we’re told Pluto was discovered in 1930, but as I’ve learned, the Sumerians knew about Pluto and called it Gaga.

Anyway, the Moon’s are Phobos, meaning fear and panic, and Deimos meaning terror and dread.

In the Roman Pantheon, Mars was the God of War and the guardian of the Roman people. His parents are Jupiter and Juno, and his symbols are the spear and shield.

Right now, Mars is transiting Gemini, the mutable air sign of communications and union. During this transit, Mars will enable us to blaze new trails when it comes to making new relationships, and talking about what’s on our minds. You’ll notice that you might be more outgoing during this time, and that’s a perfect example of the planetary energy getting us out of our comfort zones.

Gemini’s are known to live in their heads, but Mars is going to get us out of our heads and back into the reality of the present moment.

The Finger of Fate

Apparently, it’s very rare. It has been known as the Finger of God, or the Finger of Fate, and in astrology circles, we call it a Yod. A Yod looks like an isosceles triangle, and it’s formed by three points, or the placements of three planets.

The Yod is what I noticed second. It was really the sextile between Venus and Mars that I was looking at first, so, let’s start with Venus and Mars.

When two planets are 60 degrees apart, the aspect they form is called a sextile. A sextile between Venus and Mars means that both planets are in perfect harmony. And, this is good because Mars is in Libra in the 11th House. Libra is the sign of balance and harmony, and with Mars there we have this energy that’s calling for an active pursuit or an aggressive approach to bringing balance and harmony into our lives.

This is almost like saying we definitely need this right now, and it’s way over due. Mars is giving us the green light or the go ahead to go after whatever is going to bring stability to our lives. And, because the planet and sign are both in the 11th House, we know the future is on the line. This is about getting active so that you’re in the right places to meet the right people-the type of people who can make your dreams and wishes become a reality.

How beautiful it is as well that Mars is in sextile with Venus, because Venus, the planet of love is giving her blessings. She is saying she understands the aggressive action of Mars, and she knows that it’s out of love that he’s doing what needs to be done.

Venus in Leo blends this love energy with the passionate fires of emotion. Venus is calling for the spotlight, and to be the center of attention. She asking that we pursue creative endeavors and building our lives around what truly makes us happy. In the 9th House, there’s definitely travel involved, maybe to a foreign nation. There could also be some type spiritual pursuit or long journey involved. Sometimes, for growth, it’s absolutely necessary for us to step outside of our comforts zones. It’s okay to be noticed. It’s okay for people to see you.

So, this is what’s going on at the base of this triangle, or Yod. Mars and Venus connect to none other than, Neptune in Pisces in the 4th House at the top, and wow! This is major energy here that I feel is calling for a religious retreat, or a spiritual journey almost at the level of a pilgrimage. Wow.

The 4th House is the house governing home, and the 9th House is long journeys and traveling, so, there are two ways of looking at this. I’m seeing either the need to leave the home, to venture out and go after what you need to bring harmony and balance to your home and life, or, this might be the power to have this experience at home.

It could be something involving philosophical pursuits or studying that leads to an almost enlightening experience or connection to one’s higher self. Sometimes we think the 9th House automatically means we have to travel physically, but long journeys could also be spiritual in nature. It could be someone’s journey through graduate school, or maybe a project you’ve been working on for a long time that’s finally starting to unfold or blossom.

As always, the energy is neutral. How you decided to use it determines weather or not it’s perceived as good, but then again, who is anyone to judge us? Follow your heart if it’s possible.

Now, Mars and Venus are in sextile, and because they form this Yod, they’re also both in aspect with Neptune. Venus and Mars are in Quincunx with Neptune. That’s an aspect that’s formed when two planets are 150 degrees apart. There is potential here, and the keyword is expansion.

Sun Transiting Aries; One Power Two Choices

So, right now, we’re at an amazing time in our current annual cycle. Spring began last week, and on the high side, the temperatures have been in the 50s and 60s! It’s great! The overall mood and vibe is totally positive and uplifting.

From an astrological standpoint, the Sun entered Aries on the first day of spring and is now six days into its transit. It’s definitely the standard and seems widely accepted that our zodiac begins on the zero point of Aries, and for the purpose of this post, I’m not going to dispute that, however, extensive research has shown me otherwise.

In fact, long ago, the Sumerians began their zodiac with Taurus. That may or may not have had something to do with the precession of the equinox, I don’t really remember – the point is that different cultures and groups throughout time established their own “zero points.”

Here we are, though, and right now, at this moment, our Sun, our greater light, and giver of life, is making its way through Aries one degree and one day at a time. The polarity of Aries is positive, the element is fire, and it’s one of four cardinal signs. Aries is ruled by the God of war, Mars, and both Mars and Aries are home in the 1st house.

This is besides the point, but I always thought the similarities between the words Mars, Ram, and War were fascinating, especially since they’re all connected to Aries.

Any who, so, red is the color of Aries, and iron is the corresponding metal.

Despite being ruled by Mars, the sign of Aries isn’t always about literally going to war. Part of the reason why for why we seem to have this connection embedded deep within our brains is because our ancient ancestors liked the timing of waging war when the Sun was entering Aries.

Aries is definitely a sign of action, but it also symbolizes the spark of creativity or creation. You see, the Ram doesn’t always have to be about the action to kill; it can be about the action to create.

The Ram symbolizes urgency, courage, and heroism, and it’s through action that its energies are best utilized. Before, I mentioned that Aries was one of four cardinal signs, and the cardinal quality gives Aries the abilities of great leadership. These are the kinds of abilities we find in leaders who are able to make a difference and create change on a global scale because they’re open to the ideals of change itself.

The element here is fire, and whenever fire is the element, we know the sign is highly emotional.

If you add cardinal fire to what the Ram already possesses, like urgency and confidence, you’ll have a tremendous power that can be used for creation or destruction in the hands of an emotional leader with the spirit of a Pioneer.

Wow!

The parts of the body that are ruled by Aries are the face and head.

The key for Aries is in the head, and if the Ram can learn from those bouts of impulsiveness, he can come back stronger, smarter, and more focused. There’s always a balance that must be learned by fire signs, which involves patience, and that’s because their polar opposites are always air signs. Air signs represent intelligence, so fire signs must find that happy medium between fire that’s focused and directed, and that wildfire that burns out of control and destroys everything around it.

At the end of the day, we are left with one power that gives us two choices; create, or destroy. What will you decide?

Happy birthday season to all the Rams out there, and a big happy birthday to my nephew, who was born on April 1, 2020.

News Now

Hello Everyone! Welcome.

NASA 🚀- At some point I think we discussed Perseverance (NASA’s rover) landing on Mars, but I just saw something interesting today when I clicked on a link on the NASA website. The link took me to a “Quick Facts” page where I read that one of Perseverance’s main objectives is to seek signs of ancient life. I’ve read several articles on the internet, and I’ve watched several videos discussing the possibility of humans living on Mars at one time. Someone posted a picture (I don’t know if it was real or not) of pyramids on Mars. It’s a pretty popular image obviously, and of course it raises the question-How did they get there? I never took that image seriously because you never know; it could’ve been photoshopped, but I find it interesting that NASA is using time and dollars to seek signs of ancient life so they must know something we don’t.

🎬-If you don’t know who Bernie Mac was, he was a comedian who died at age 50 in 2008. He also had his own show called, The Bernie Mac Show, he was in a handful of movies including Friday (He played Pastor Clever) and Ocean’s Eleven, and he preformed on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam. So, I was watching a YouTube video the other day about his life, and he said something that resonated with me; it’s something definitely worth passing along. “I was never in competition with anyone. I always tried to be the best person I could be-within myself.” That’s it right there. For all of you out there who are trying to do something special-that’s how you get it done.

🏀NBA-The Philadelphia 76ers are in 1st place in the Eastern Conference, a half game up on the Nets. They are 27-12 overall, 17-3 at home, and they have a 5-game winning streak.

🤬Buzzfeednews.com- This website just dropped a story about the growing verbal and physical assaults directed towards Asian Americans. Largely due to the pandemic-racist scapegoating over COVID-19, 3,795 incidents have been reported between March 19, 2020, and February 28th of this year.

🏀⚾💲- According to The Boston Globe’s Mike Silverman, Lebron James is now a partner in the Fenway Sports Group. James owns an undisclosed amount of FSG shares, which makes him part owner of the Boston Red Sox!

♓♈- Currently, the sun is in the astrological sign of Pisces, but it will be entering Aries around March 20th. The suns entry in Aries usually marks the Equinox or the first day of Spring. Aries is the first cardinal sign of a given year since our calendar year begins when the sun is in Capricorn (Tropical Astrology). It goes like this-Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces, and Aries (Earth, Air, Water, and Fire). We all know how important the Spring is. The Earth comes back to life, and we complete our annual Spring cleaning. Yup, it’s a new year and new signs of life spring forth during the Equinox. To stay in flow, we get rid of everything that’s now useless and no longer serving a purpose in our lives. We toss out those old clothes, clean the house, and remove all that mental clutter. A fresh start!
