Moon Scope
"The Eagle has Landed"

Good evening beloved. I’m writing this Moon Scope on the evening of Augustus 1st for the Full Moon coming up on Augustus 9th. On my way to do laundry this morning, I saw a huge eagle swoop down and park itself on a fencepost that overlooked my car. I’ve never been that close to an eagle before, but spiritually, I know the eagle’s presence is a very good omen.

In many spiritual traditions, the eagle is a sign of inner strength, and it provides a hint to follow an inner spiritual journey. They’re powerful, they’re messengers, and for a long time, they’ve been seen as a connection to the spiritual realms. The eagle can also symbolize freedom, courage, bravery, and vision.

Yesterday, I had a vision of spirits playing in the earth’s oceans, and it was in the waters that these spirits were given form. This is extremely interesting because for the past two weeks, I’ve been concentrating on that tight conjunction between Saturn and Neptune in the sign, Aries.

In the sign of Aries on the first and second degrees, which of course, is the area of the wheel that represents the spring equinox (rebirth/renewal/coming back to life), Saturn, the planet of death and form, linked with the planet of spirituality, can be interpreted as the death of the spirit, or the death of the form of spirit.

Like the spirits in my vision taking on new shapes and new forms in the water, this conjunction between Saturn and Neptune, although representing the death or destruction of spiritual form, gives new form to spirit by its placement in Aries. As I was contemplating these correlations, I opened the Farmer’s Almanac, and underneath the month of August, next to the day of the 6th, the word transfiguration was written bold and big.

Is there a real connection between the eagle, my visions, and the celebration of the transfiguration of Jesus? I would say so, and I’ll be contemplating all of this now as the days continue to pass and we get closer to the Moon’s culmination phase.

When we consider the eagle in relationship to astrology, we’re talking about the Constellation Aquila (Latin for Eagle), and its brightest star, Altair. Aquarius and Aquila are neighboring constellations, and mythologically speaking, Jupiter, the King of the Gods, looked down from the heavens and noticed Ganymede (Aquarius). Ganymede was the son of one of the kings of Troy, and Jupiter was obsessed with his beauty.

So, Jupiter decided to transform (transfigure/change shape/become something else or something different/change form) himself into an eagle (Aquila) and kidnap Ganymede (Aquarius). Jupiter then placed them both in the heavens, Aquarius as the Water Bearer, and Aquila as the eagle.

From a personal standpoint, I just looked ahead at the chart for the Full Moon in Aquarius on August 9th, and the Moon will be on the 17th degree of Aquarius in opposition to the Sun on the 17th degree of Leo. This is indeed personal because my natal Sun is on the 18th degree of Aquarius! The precise time for this Full Moon is 3:55 a.m., and to have the Moon in that placement really validates the visions and the appearance of the eagle.

It's important for all of us to know:

Altair, Aquila’s brightest star, will be conjunct Pluto in the Seventh House, the conjunction between Saturn (Aries 1st degree) and Neptune (Aries 1st degree) will be conjunct the Midheaven (Aries 2 degrees), Mars (Libra 1st degree) is conjunct the Nadir/IC (Libra 2 degrees), which also puts the God of War in opposition to the conjunction between Saturn and Neptune on the Midheaven, the Sun (Second House Leo) and the Moon (Eighth House Aquarius) will be in opposition, and Venus and Jupiter will be conjoined in Cancer in the Twelfth House.

There’s a lot going on astrologically, and I’m not going to interpret all of that for you because the focus of this article is supposed to be on the Full Moon (sorry for all the other information, however, I do find it relative for this reading), but I do encourage all of you to do your own research concerning those alignments on the 9th at 3:55 a.m., especially if any of your natal alignments correlate in some way.

As the Moon on the 9th will be lit up to the max, our attention and focus will shift to Eight House matters. We could be thinking about or awaiting information involving surgeries, or reproductive organs, death, birth, rebirth/transformation, reincarnation, legacies and wills, and money and property belonging to other people.

Be careful of cheating and bringing home a sexually transmitted disease. Be careful of cheating and getting pregnant. Fellas, wear protection. Now’s not the time.

Since the Eighth House is ruled by Pluto, and Pluto as we’ve mentioned, will be conjunct Altair in the Seventh House, we know these Eight House matters will involve a partner or manifest through some type of relationship.

This makes the opposition between the Moon (feminine/mother/wife/girl) and the Sun (masculine/father/husband/boy) that much more important because we could literally be warring with someone very close to us about personal property and money. What’s yours? What’s mine?

If we’re vulnerable to the darker side of Pluto, this can be nasty (like Jupiter kidnapping the King of Troy’s Son)!

Without a doubt, the opposition between the Sun and Moon could indicate a lot of stress between couples and within marriages. Divorces, fighting for custody, alimony, money due, and some of us might even be fighting for basic necessities that are needed for survival. You might have to move or vacate someone’s property even if you’ve lived there for a long time. This can be difficult to deal with emotionally, and we can see the square between Mercury and Pluto making communication difficult.

Beware. Pride cometh before the fall!

Leo is kingly, regal, and potentially self-centered. With Mercury in Leo in the First House, squared Pluto in the Seventh House, we’re speaking pridefully and authoritatively. We can be self-centered and selfish, and it will manifest through all forms of communication be it the spoken or written word, tweeted, texted, or in video form.

Communication could be fully charged with pride, and the fixed qualities of Leo and Aquarius could have us bordering on dictatorship. We could be very stubborn and extremely resistant to change now.

Remember something, Jesus as the Son of God could’ve had a whole lot to say, and he could’ve saved himself from crucifixion if he told the Romans that he was the Messiah, but he didn’t. He remained humble, and he asked the Father to forgive those who knew not what they were doing.

We all have hope during this time, and it’s coming from the conjunction between Saturn and Neptune in the Ninth House conjunct the Midheaven in Aries. Don’t be afraid to leave, or to embark on that long journey. You can take the high road, and there’s a lot of compassion in the Ninth House right now.

The conjunction between Venus and Jupiter in Cancer is showing an expansion or a growing of love. We could be reconnecting with our mothers and resolving old issues. With love in their hearts and with good intent, people will be entering or leaving prisons, hospitals, or drug rehabilitation centers. If your relationship with your parents has been suffering because of a drug or alcohol addiction, it can be repaired now.

As we continue to get closer to the 9th, resist the temptation to play aloof. Stay in the moment. Let the creativity flow out from within, and keep in mind that Aquarius is the sign of the humanitarian. We are tolerant, and if we can get close enough with people to earn their trust and loyalty, they might be willing hear our grand ideas or our idealistic plans for the future.

This is about standing in our power now and showing others that we’re capable. We’re thinking clearly, we got our shit together, and we can be trusted with important responsibility. Our loyalty remains with those who’ve always supported us and loved us.

Don’t be a mystery, and don’t beat around the bush. Gracefully, respectfully, and tactfully-that’s how you should be conveying the truth now. You’re not helping anyone when you laugh at something that isn’t funny, when you pretend to be interested in something you could care less about, or when you go through the motions.

Move with intent and purpose and if you can, try to give 100% of yourself to every interaction that you have.

My friends, change is in the air. Spiritually and metaphysically, something huge is going on right now, and it began last week with three deaths (Eighth House). Malcom Jamal Warner died on 7/20, Ozzy Osbourne on 7/22, and Terry Bollea on 7/24. I already showed you guys the numerology and the chart involved with all of that in the last article I posted.

Now, I’m having the visions of the spirits playing in water, the eagle appeared today, the Transfiguration will be celebrated this week on the 6th, and the Moon culminates on the 9th.

Pray, meditate, love, and act with compassion. I have this wonderful feeling concerning the universe, magik, and the ability for each and every one of us to use our God-given free will to manifest a life of prosperity, abundance, love, and fulfillment.

When the Moon culminates on the 9th, we will get the answers we seek. It will be a time of revelations, so align yourself properly. Aquarius involves the masses, mass consciousness, and large groups of people that have come together because of similar interests-religious, political, human rights, financial gain, etc.

Where do we fit in? Where can we do our greatest good?

Moon Scope; Entering the Lion’s Den

July 22, 2025

(Written on 7/22/2025 for 7/24/2025)

Today, is July 22nd, and I decided for two reasons to write the Moon Scope today instead of Thursday, the 24th. So, right now as we’re speaking at 6:39 p.m., the Sun has just left Cancer and crossed over into Leo. According to our Tropical Zodiac, the Sun is currently on the 0 degree of the Lion.

Today, the 22nd of July, is also the Feast Day for Saint Mary Magdalene, so this is a very important day all the way around, especially if you have Leo rising. The Sun is changing signs from Cancer to Leo, Saint Mary is being celebrated, and the new lunar phase begins Thursday in Leo.

On top of that, Ozzy Osbourne died today, and he joins a very long list of famous people who died on 7/22, which includes John Dillinger, Estelle Getty, Dennis Farina, and Rose Fitzgerald, mother of former United States President, John Kennedy.

Okay, let’s get into it.

Good evening! It’s July 22nd, and we have a brand-new lunar cycle beginning in Leo. Leo is the fifth sign of the zodiac, and he rules the astrological Fifth House. The Fifth House is about love, creativity, and fun. It’s the house of pleasure, and more specifically, pleasure in the short term.

After reading that description, you might develop the assumption that the Fifth House is far from dangerous, and while it might not be the Den of Lions that Daniel entered, the Fifth House can be a very deceiving place.

For example, you might go out dancing this weekend. While in your favorite nightclub, your best friend pressures you to take a pill, you do, and you end up liking the feeling so much that you ask your friend to have one pill on hand for whenever you decide to go out dancing.

The next thing you know, you start taking the pills all the time, even when you’re not dancing, and you end up with an addiction. Dangerous.

The Fifth House also rules gambling and games of chance, but there’s a difference between someone who goes to the casino once in a while to bet a portion of his saved money, and the person who is addicted to gambling. The person who’s addicted to gambling can lose everything they’ve earned, and then some, and of course, there’s the situation of owing money. Dangerous.

One person is having fun, and the other person turned a good time into a nightmare. I’ve quoted the Devil before, but I should do it again. “Everything in moderation less the enjoyment fade,” said the Devil.

As you can see, the Fifth House can be a fun place. Gambling once in a while and taking a pill when you go out dancing, well, that’s short-term pleasure.

Leo is a fixed fire sign, and we can be feeling a little stubborn emotionally as this new moon arrives. Take time to be alone for at least an hour. Pray, meditate, or go for a walk, it doesn’t matter as long as you’re free from interruptions for at least an hour.

During this time, start thinking about how you could bring more sunshine, more laughter, and more good times into your life. As the Sun moves from Cancer to Leo, we might be feeling pressure to break out of our shells, and within the emotional realm of the Moon, we might be all over the place. We could literally be at war with ourselves as we contemplate breaking out of ruts and routines.

We could be battling fear, shyness, or getting over someone or something we’ve cared so strongly about. Be careful here because the dark side of Leo can manifest as laziness and self-indulgence. In our despair, we might even become overbearing or start bullying others to hide our own fears.

Take things slowly. As you meditate or bask in the rays of the summer sun, remind yourself, Leo is ruled by the Sun. The Sun gives us will power, vitality, energy, and nutrients. We are in full control of our lives, and more importantly, we’re in full control when it comes to who and what we decide to give life to by where we choose to concentrate our focus.

Leo loves the spotlight. Forget about what people are saying, forget about your age, and forget about all the excuses you’ve been telling yourself. Leo is brave and expansive. Take a short trip or a vacation. Go out to the local eatery for dinner or lunch, have a drink, and enjoy yourself.

Be open to conversations and meeting new people. Leo rules the heart, and the summertime is a fun-loving time. Let your heart lead the way forward.

Leo is regal and kingly, so eat, drink, and be merry. There’s no better way to begin this new lunar phase and the Sun’s entry into Leo than by getting out of the house and having fun. Think exuberance and extravagance. Dress up, get a haircut, look beautiful, turn heads, and get the attention you seek. You’ll be happy you did.

The ruby is the lucky stone right now, and everything else that’s connected to Leo and the Sun will help you resonate with this magnificent energy right now.

Citrus fruits, felines, gold, Sunday, Rome, and Hollywood.

Up until the time of full moon, which is August 9th, we will be entering the lion’s den. For us, the lion’s den is the event or the night out that we’ve been avoiding because of fear, worry, doubt, shyness, or a lack of self-confidence. We’re going to be brave enough to enter the lion’s den, we’re going to have fun, and we’re going to let it catapult us into a new direction that’s filled with joy and happiness.

You know, I almost forgot. Leo in the Fifth House also rules procreation and children. The lion’s den could actually be the decision to finally have children?! Interesting.

Have a blessed night!

Moon Scope

June 25, 2025 Edition

Beloved, welcome to this, June 25, 2025 Edition of Moon Scope, and thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet.

A new lunar cycle begins this evening in the astrological sign, Cancer. I do believe that it’s particularly special to have a new moon in Cancer because Cancer is ruled by the moon. In a sense, it’s like a homecoming.

I’ve been meditating late at night the past several days, and part of the reason why has to do with the solstice and the other part has to do with a need for answers and guidance.

Is the situation so dire that we need to pray for answers and guidance?

I’ll let you answer that for yourself, and if the answer is yes, then perhaps this new lunar cycle will open up and unfold in your favor. Remember, however, it’s the actions we take and the decisions we make that allow the path to unfold.

We’re going to see themes of loyalty now, family, and the immediate home environment. Guys, there could be an emphasis on the relationships we have with the women in our lives, particularly our mothers.

During one of my meditations, I saw an image of a wolf, and I just found an excellent photo of a wolf with a quote on the internet.

Cancer is ruled by the moon in the Fourth House, and the Fourth House is an angular house.  Energy builds up and spirals out from there.  It’s where our root system lies, and it’s where we’re supposed to ground ourselves before heading out into the world.

If the immediate home environment feels depressing, if there’s lots of arguing and fighting, and if it’s impossible to think and get productive work done, then what kind of a foundation are you leaving home with? If you’re always running out of the home to avoid petty arguments, then you’re more than likely moving in haste. It’s in these moments that we’re forgetful, careless, or we lose things.

How many times have you left the house because of an argument, and then you get in your car and drive really fast because you’re upset? And then, you cut people off in traffic, and curse at people while you’re driving, but what did those people really do to you? Nothing. You’re taking frustration from one part of your life and letting it affect some other part.

When we are young children and we’re born into our families, the root system is pretty much laid for us, but then we move out and there’s a need for us to establish our own roots.

Make a decision, and take action; decisions and actions, follow your heart, and allow the path to unfold. During the time of this new moon, the universe is working especially hard to balance the dynamics between home and family by getting to the root of issues.

What we learn is that sometimes, things cannot be changed. Sometimes, things just are the way they are, and at some point, we must be okay with that if we’re to move forward.

Sometimes, we think that we’re in the best situation at home with family, because blood is thicker than water, right? You know what, that is not a rule of thumb. There have been plenty of situations were that was proven wrong.

For example, I just wrote a short analysis of the chart for that shooting that occurred in Indiana where a man shot his wife, his mother-in law, and his kids.

That was family.

What this is coming down to is a need to reestablish our root system so that we can go out and give life our best shot. This is life, and throughout life, as long as we’re living, we’ll continue to learn. As long as you’re learning, that means you’re still growing.

Some of us are in our thirties and forties now, and our lives are totally not what we imagined them to be when we were teenagers. Some people need another opportunity, or a third or a fourth chance.

As we’re making decisions and taking action and our path unfolds, we’re going to meet new people. We’ll make new friends and form new relationships. Loyalty is what Cancer is all about. Make sure your loyalty aligns with those who truly care about you.

Possessive, moody, critical, and self-pitying are the dark energies of Cancer so, watch out for those. If you feel yourself displaying any of those characteristics, regroup and get to the root of the issue.

At the time of the new moon, there will be a three-way conjunction between the sun, the moon, and Jupiter in Cancer in the Twelfth House. If we can establish a balance between the masculine and feminine qualities within, we’ll be able to navigate the Twelfth House with clarity. There’s a lot of mystery involved with the Twelfth House, and it’s mystical and deep. It can be a fun place with a lot to offer.

Just as a reminder, summer began almost five days ago. We have the start of a new season, the sun changing signs from Gemini to Cancer, and the new lunar cycle beginning tonight. That’s a lot of transition.

Things might seem confusing right now, but believe me, within the next week or so it will all be so very clear. I feel like the Universe is testing us. It dropped us in the Twelfth House, and it wants to see if we can find our way out.

Have fun with it, and enjoy the process, and if the people around you don’t know how to do the same, start distancing yourself.

Moon Scope; 100% Full in Sagittarius

June 11, 2025

Good evening beloved, and thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet. This lunar cycle began on May 26th with a new moon in Gemini, and this evening it will culminate (100% illumination) in Sagittarius.

During the last week and half, I’ve done a lot of research, a lot of teaching, and a lot of writing about the lunar cycles in general, and that’s very Sagittarius! Of course, all of that was unplanned, but that’s what happens after a while. One day you’ll wake up and notice everything you do is somehow or someway in sync with the heavenly bodies or our luminaries. The universe is an interesting and funny place.

Sagittarius is the ninth sign of the zodiac, and he’s ruled by Jupiter in the Ninth House. Sagittarius is masculine fire and the quality is mutable. When the sign involved in mutable there’s a tendency to molded by environment, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It’s okay to take what is given, and it’s okay to work with what you have. The key now is to be optimistic.

I’m sure things have been interesting since the time of the new moon; lots of conversations, interactions with siblings and extended family members, and lots of bright ideas and forward thinking coming to us through Gemini. Well, tonight, the smoke clears and the dust settles, and we have a big bright moon culminating in Sagittarius.

We can see now, we’re more informed, and psychically and telepathically, the universe is delivering hints and clues. Reserve some personal time to quiet the mind so you can listen in.

The moon is patient, receptive, and methodical. Remember, optimism. There is no good and bad when it comes to energy, and all experiences, however bad some of them may seem at the time, leave us with opportunities to grow, especially now since Jupiter rules the sign our full moon is in.

Certain experiences can make us little wiser, and a little stronger, and if you’re learning something about yourself in the midst of it all, then you’re definitely on the right track. Gemini rules the Third House and Sagittarius rules the Ninth House. The Ninth House is the house of the higher mind, deep philosophical concepts, and spiritual enlightenment.

It’s possible that some of us have been through a lot since May 26th, but like said earlier, such experiences help us grow as individuals. They help us grow as individuals to the extent that we can do the work of the Ninth House.

For example, if the Third House rules communicating with your friends, then the Ninth House rules communicating with large groups of people or in front of large audiences. If the Third House rules writing a paper for school or journaling, then the Ninth House energy can manifest as writing novels.

If you can find a way to be optimistic through the toughest of times, you’ll be the one who figures out how to use the darker energy as fuel. You could sulk, you could feel sorry for yourself, and you could spend the next year dwelling on what could’ve been, or you can choose to believe that everything happens for a very good reason.

Sagittarius is open-minded. Take some of those ideas produced by the new moon in Gemini and run with them. I wouldn’t let any ideas or thoughts go at the moment. Don’t close yourself off to conversations with people who have different beliefs than you. Take it all in. Sagittarius is a freedom lover who loves challenges. The beaten path is not a challenge. It’s safe, and it’s predictable. If the entire group is taking the left path, then you might want to take the right path now. And when you do, tell yourself that it doesn’t matter if you’re the only one walking the right path, it’s the right path for you.

You could be traveling a lot now or making plans to travel soon. This would be a good time to investigate churches, mass or service times, or maybe even new religions if you’re thinking about joining or converting.

It might also be a good time to study scripture and religious doctrine or to preach. Spiritual experiences, discovering the higher self, and a pilgrimage through the mountains of Peru, it’s all on the menu at this time.

On a very basic and mundane level, this may be a time of creativity, sexuality, socializing with friends and new groups of people. Optimistic, fun, and adventurous are the keywords now.

Now, I would like to mention Jupiter because his position is worth noting. Currently, I mean wow! Jupiter just finished his tour through Gemini and is now stationed on the Zero degree of Cancer!

Can the timing of this be any better? The Zero degree of Cancer, or the cusp line between Gemini and Cancer is the summer solstice line. Summer begins in ten days on the 21st! That’s less than two weeks away.

And not only that, but the new moon on June 25th will be in Cancer. It’s my personal opinion that this full moon will be significant for two reasons.

One, obviously because it’s a time of culmination wrapping up or bringing the energies from the new moon to fruition, and two, because of the alignment of Jupiter (since it rules the sign of the full moon) is on the summer solstice line and approximately where the moon will be when it turns new again in two weeks, we’re going to get a sneak preview of how this summer will begin.

Pay close attention now to your relationships, interactions with friends and strangers, and what your body is telling you. The past two weeks (past) and June 25th (future) will intertwine this evening (now) when the moon is 100% illuminated in Sagittarius.

Have a safe and fun-filled evening! I’ll see you guys and gals at the time of the New Moon.

Moon Scope; Full Moon in Scorpio

May 9, 2025

PUBLISHED 5/9 for 5/12

Good morning, and thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet.

Our current lunar cycle began on April 27th with a new moon in the astrological sign, Taurus, and we were talking about the possibility of finding true love with Venus going direct, and we were talking about a dream I had about a bunch of bulls escaping from an area fenced in with razor wire.

The dream, well, we interpreted that as breaking free from ruts and routine, but ultimately, breaking out of stagnation (an situation we forced ourselves to find comfort in because of fear and/or a lack of faith).

Now, we’ve reached culmination.

If breaking out of stagnation is what you needed, then you should’ve been able to do just that with Scorpio at the opposite end of this polarity. As the new moon progressed to full moon, there was a natural balancing going on and we should’ve felt the passion, the emotional power, and the stubbornness of Scorpio.

It should’ve been enough to snap us right out of that loving and lackadaisical state that can sometimes manifest through Taurus. Like the bulls, some of us broke free, and we should give thanks to Scorpio for making it possible, but now, a whole new situation is arising because the light is always accompanied by darkness.

And here, we can see the darker side of Scorpio working through us. It’s true, at the time of this full moon, we can definitely benefit from Scorpio’s intuition and rare penetrating vision that allows us to see deeper into people and situations. But, think about this..

You’ve broken out of your barbed wire prison, the cage, or the sleepy state of stagnation, and you’re looking around. You’re analyzing the environment around you now, and of course, you have questions.

How’d that happen? How’d we get there? Who was responsible? Well, truthfully, it was our fear and our lack of faith that landed us there, but it’s hard for some of us to take responsibility.

So, we’re blaming everyone and everything around us, and with the darker side of Scorpio in play, we could be seeking revenge. We could be quite vindictive and merciless.

This situation can take a different turn, and out of shame, we might remain silent, bottle everything up, and make this experience our own private little secret.

After coming out of stagnation, it will be natural for us to think about all the time we wasted, but don’t dwell on that too much. We live in a universe that seems to have perfect timing.

It’s possible that we had fights and arguments between the new and full moons, but lets be realistic, the bulls would’ve never freed themselves if they didn’t fight through the fence.

So, here we are. The Moon is full, it’s in Scorpio, and it’s big, bright, and magical.

Did you free yourself?

Did you find true love?

The full moon in Scorpio will reveal lots of stuff to us, and it’s very possible that we might be coming to grips with some of our own insecurities and shortcomings at this time. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Bringing your awareness to a problem and being honest with yourself about whatever it is is enough to get the ball rolling in the proper direction.

If you did find love during the past two weeks, then I’m sure your relationship will be one of tremendous passion. Make sure, to the best of your ability, that you start things off right. Every solid relationship is built upon trust-without it, the relationship will inevitably fail.

Don’t be afraid to be upfront and honest with your new partner, even though the tendency to be secretive (Scorpio) is there.

Nothing wears out a relationship faster than jealousy-another Scorpio trait that could be present now, and that’s why it’s better to be honest and upfront from the beginning.

A relationship is a partnership, and there shouldn’t be competition between the two of you. If there is, than you’re probably enemies and not lovers, but that’s something some of us need to figure out as time moves on.

With the Moon lighting up Scorpio, it’s not uncommon for two people to assume they’ve fallen madly in love because things can start off really hot and heavy, but beware.

There’s a lot of deception involved with Scorpio, and what you think is real true love could turn out to be a lustful passion. That’s good too! Don’t be fooled.

The full moon is always a good time to quiet the mind through prayer and meditation because it is a time of revelations-think of it as someone turning the light on as bright as it can go.

This polarity between Taurus and Scorpio is fixed at both ends, so we’re dealing with energy that’s rigid, and for the most part, unchangeable, but as the moon begins to wane, it will be doing so in Sagittarius.

The point is, is that even if you still feel stuck or like the energy of Scorpio wasn’t enough, there will be a change in several days.

Perhaps, instead of all this passion, we just needed a little creative fire.  We’ll, we should all get that by the 16th.

Alright, friendos…

Don’t let the full moon drive you crazy!

Moon Scope, It’s a New Moon in Taurus

April 27, 2025

(Published on 4/26/2025 for 4/27/2025 at 6:38 pm)

Good evening, and thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet. It’s Sunday, April 27, 2025, and we have a brand-new lunar cycle beginning this evening in the sign of Taurus.

Venus is currently on the 28th degree of Pisces and going direct now, and that’s somewhat relevant since Venus rules Taurus.

I started having thoughts about moving again, and because the new lunar cycle will commence in Taurus, it reminded me about that dream I had a while ago that was actually about bulls.

There was a group of bulls being kept behind a barbed-wire fence, and all of a sudden, the bulls decided to escape. I stood there watching as they struggled to get through this razor wire. Some of them got caught up on the fence and were cut. They were bloody and tired, but they succeeded eventually. They broke free and ran for their freedom, and the funny thing is that some of them smiled at me as they ran by. In a taunting way I suppose.

So, as this new lunar cycle begins, there’s a focus on the behaviors that have caused us to become rigid and a slave to routine.

Interestingly enough, Taurus is the sign of dependability, but it’s one thing to become a slave to routine because you get up every day and go to work. A scenario like that might only require that you take a vacation, or change what you’re doing with your spare time outside of the office.

No, it’s not that. I’m thinking about a situation where we’ve become a slave to routine because of being overcautious. Overcautious? Why? Are we afraid of something? Are we lacking faith?

A scenario such as this means we’re not living, and the people around you who truly care about you, can see you’re struggling. They’re offering advice, but you refuse to listen. They’re holding up the warning signs, but you refuse to change course.

If your plan has always been to reach level five, and in your current situation, you can only get to level three, then you have a decision to make. You can either accept you situation for what it is and make peace with the fact that you’ll never reach level five as long as you stay there, or you can conquer your fears, rediscover your faith, and get to a situation that will enable you to reach your full potential.

I guess it all depends on how much it bothers you, but remember, it’s not only bothering you. Your decisions are affecting the people around you.

With the Moon in the Seventh House, there’s a focus on others and relationships. So, now, we can see that this absolutely does have something to do with the people around you. The high side of Taurus is trustworthiness and determination, and that’s what they want to see out of you. A warm-affectionate person who’s determined earns the trust of others.

The Sun’s conjunction with the Moon makes this a matter of the heart, and with Leo in the Tenth House, we’re considering our careers and our reputations within the community.

The Sun represents our will and our vitality, so if we feel (Moon) strongly enough about something, the energy will be there for us to manifest whatever it is we want.

During this time, don’t be afraid to make friends with the people you work with. I know it’s important to maintain a professional relationship with our coworkers, but this alignment is presenting a new opportunity.

This might be about falling in love! With Venus going direct and entering Aries soon, this might totally be the case. Perhaps the love of your life has been working next to you for the past year, and you never even knew it. Maybe it’s the boss! Boy oh boy, won’t that change the way people look at you!

Playing it safe has led us straight into stagnation. Now, we have to get ourselves out of the rut. Like the bulls in my dream, we must break free and run for freedom.

Moon Scope Report Written 2/10/25 for 2/12/25.

This current lunar cycle began on Wednesday, January 29th, in the astrological sign, Aquarius, and it’s now culminating on Wednesday, February 12th, in the astrological sign Leo. When the Moon is full, we’re at maximum levels when it comes to light. The Sun is shinning bright during the day, and the Moon is shinning in full illumination at night.

It’s reminds me of the song, “All of the Lights” by Kanye West. We’re on stage, the lights are on, revelations are plentiful, and everyone can see everything. That’s what Leo is all about! Leo is all about being on stage and being the center of attention, but this isn’t always intentional.

It’s more like we’re in awe over Leo’s ability to take the reins and create a life for him or herself. It’s the sign of the natural born leader and the individual who’d rather be the leader of their own gang than punch a clock.

Hey, energy is energy, how people chose to use it is up to them. We do have free will, and part of the reason for having free will is so we can we learn, so who is anyone to play the role of judge?

Don’t forget, this is the first lunar cycle of 2025, and when this one began at the end of January, we were concerned about friendships, relationships, progress, and things like independence and being self-sufficient. It was all about moving moving forward, leaving the past in the past, and presenting ourselves in the best ways possible.

You see, Aquarius is technical and scientific, and therefore, objective. This is important, because not everything that feels bad is actually bad for us, and not everything that feels good is actually good for us. The rubber was meeting the road, and we needed to put the facts first. For example, “I loved this person, but every time they call me, they’re asking for a favor, or I really like her, but she’s really selfish and isn’t happy until she makes me upset.”

Through the process of trial and error, we’ve been able to gather enough facts to help guide us when navigating the path forward in this brand-new year.

Now, that the Moon is full in Leo, we’re coming full-circle with decisions we’ve made. Leo is regal, it’s about pride and nobility, and in a way, we turned our noses up and took the high road at the beginning of this lunar cycle.

Now, we’ll find out. Did we jump the gun with some of our decisions? Did we cut off too many people too fast? Should we have given some of them a second, a third, or a fourth chance? On the 11th, 12th, and 13th of this month, those answers will come to us, and some of those relationships we’ll be able to save if we want, and some of them might be over forever.

If they’re over forever, then don’t dwell on your decision to let them go. It’s probably for a good reason that you let them go in the first place, so don’t beat yourself up over it. If they’re worth saving and you feel like you’ve made a mistake, then give them another chance.

Just be smooth and creative when trying to repair some of those relationships. Aquarius is about individuality and originality, and Leo kind of similar in some ways, but yet, totally different. I think independence is what connects them, but Leo is emotionally driven.

The progression of this lunar cycle might look like this; In the beginning of it, you made some decisions to move forward without certain people in your life for whatever reason, and now that you’ve had two weeks to see what your life was like without them, you’re coming to the emotional end of the decisions you made with intellect.

That’s why I said, save those relationships that are worth saving if you can, and let the rest go, but don’t beat yourself up over this thing. Don’t let the emotional side of this control you to point where you’re turning back.

Use the emotions within you, let them propel you forward, and let them fuel your creativity. Think expansion now, and you’re going to move on with or without, just like the Lion.

Switching gears a bit, during this Full Moon, the back and the heart is highlighted. Back problems can be crippling, and there’s nothing more serious than heart trouble. If the news isn’t good, then get on top these issue immediately, don’t waste time.

The Moon is in the Twelfth House, so this tells me that any issues relating to the back or the heart now are karmic. If your diet has been terrible and you’re overweight, and you’ve done nothing to fix that situation, heart and back problems are going to be the result.

Be careful when lifting or moving heavy objects. If you’re upset and feeling that emotional fire Leo is so well known for, then take a break. Don’t get all crazy and try to pull 500 pounds because you’re pissed off that you have to move 500 pounds. Take your time. Wear a weight belt, and ask someone for help if you need it.

The Moon in the Twelfth House is opposition to both Mercury and the Sun in the Sixth House, so it doesn’t look great for test results or information pertaining to these issues, however, the situation might not be as serious as we thought.

Mercury and the Sun are both in the Sixth House, and the Sixth House is the house of health and service. The message there is clear, take car of your health, and if you haven’t been, now is the time to start doing so.

There’s a sextile between the Moon and the South Node in Virgo. This is an opportunity for growth. It’s an opportunity to go back, gather some information, and do things the right way.

In closing, I would like to say that this lunar cycle is giving some of us what we truly wanted. For those who wanted independence and an opportunity to chart your own course, you’re in the driver seat now.

Some people will hate you for it, some people will be jealous, and some people will literally attempt to drag you backwards. I tell you what someone just told me. “Don’t pay attention, don’t argue, just keep moving forward. Just keep smiling and waving. If it doesn’t put money in your pocket, then it’s not important.”

That’s what Pluto told me, and I don’t always agree with Pluto, but sometimes he makes sense.

Anyway, have a great evening, and don’t forget to meditate. The New and Full Moons are the time for that.

January 29, 2025 Edition

Friends, fans, and followers, grace and peace multiplied to you. Thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet, and welcome to this edition of Nooz Now.

2025 is just about a month old, and the new lunar cycle beginning today in the astrological sign, Aquarius, will be the first full cycle of this new year. The energies associated with 2024 have now blended into nothingness, and 2025 is official!

The time given for the new moon is 12:36 a.m., and at that time, we find the moon in the Third House on the 5th degree of Aquarius. There’s also a conjunction involving the Moon, Pluto, the Sun, and Mercury. Wow, that’s four planets.

On a subconscious level, there’s a lot going on at this time. The Third House is known as the House of Communications, but the energies in the Third House can manifest in many different areas.

Photo by Victor Moragriega on Pexels.com

Subconsciously, we might be thinking about our relationships with family members or members of our family in general, and this includes distant relatives like aunts and uncles and cousins. We might be thinking about how we spend our time around the house or in the neighborhood, and the methods we use for traveling or making trips of short distance.

You know, now that I’m sitting here and thinking about this, a Third House Moon is an excellent way to begin this year because it puts the focus on personal matters that are close to heart. It’s kind of like the saying, “you must first crawl before you learn to walk.”

The Third House is also the last house of the first section of the chart. The first section includes Houses One, Two, and Three, and these houses are all about self-awareness. The Third House is the gateway to the Fourth House, and once we get into the Fourth House the second section of the chart is about the integration of the self with the environment.

In a sense, we’re getting ourselves and our house in order before we take on the environment and the world around us. This is an excellent way to begin 2025.

During this time, some of us will be attempting to resolve issues with family members. If you don’t like the way things are going, talk about it. The Third House rules communication, and don’t forget, Mercury, the God of Communication is involved here.

Some of us might be moving and changing addresses, and for those of us who have children, you might be dealing with the decision to put your child/children in a different school or homeschooling them. Mercury is going direct at this time in Aquarius so discussions will have a purpose now. How can we make things better? How can we be more productive? What do we need to do to put ourselves in a better situation?

Photo by Hristo Fidanov on Pexels.com

If a conversation is beginning to turn into an argument, remember, it’s the start of brand-new year. How do you want to begin it? Do you want to argue for argument’s sake, or do you want to have a mature discussion? Regroup and think about the purpose. Get to the point, and address the issues.

Most conversations will be about forward progress and the future, but don’t get too caught up in what will be or what was because this alignment is definitely about the here and now.

Pluto in this situation will ensure 2025 begins in the most productive way, and this I find truly interesting. Pluto’s appearance indicates serious issues and topics that are going to touch us deep emotionally. That means, we’re going to be super-charged emotionally, and when some of us are triggered emotionally, look out-but, that was the old us?

At this point, things should be pretty cut and dry, meaning, we should already know what needs to be done, we just have to get the ball rolling so that it has momentum when it reaches the Fourth House and we begin to integrate with our environment.

Now, don’t get me wrong, Pluto has a very dark side, but there’s a time and place for everything. Some of us might really need to have our voices heard. Some of us might really need to make some noise to let people know we exist, but that won’t be the case for all of us.

I’m telling you this so you have a full and complete understanding of the energies at this time. If you’re capable of processing and handling emotions, you can ride Pluto’s energy all the way to the bank. If you haven’t figured out how to process deep emotional turmoil, this might be a very chaotic and potentially violent time.

When you’re not working or at school, this might be a great time for you to find a personal outlet, and I’m going to recommend journaling, writing, and maybe even meeting with and speaking with small groups of like minded people because hey, we are in the Third House.

If the pressure and the stress is building up inside of you, the most valuable thing at this time might be having someone who you trust so you can talk.

Having said that, you should, at this time, make yourself available for the people in your life. Just picking up the phone and answering that call instead of sending it to voicemail could make all the difference in someone’s life.

Remember, Aquarius is the sign of the time. He’s friendly, outgoing, and concerned with the world around him. Aquarius is a fixed sign, so his problem can be his rigidity and refusal to consider the opinions of others, but now that you’re aware of this, you should be able to guard against it.

Aquarius is a futuristic sign, and with the Sun present on the 9th degree, the future indeed looks bright. We just have to handle the small things in our lives and around the house to ensure that.

Lunar energy is feminine, and solar energy is masculine. It’s beautiful to have both of these luminaries together and separated by only four degrees in Aquarius for this new moon.

This will be the first full lunar cycle of 2025. If you set your intent today, you’ll have the magic of the universe behind you. So, when you’re planting your little seeds, keep in mind that you’re not only preparing for this lunar cycle, but the year as well.

What were your resolutions for the New Year on January 1st? Revisit them, and write them down.

It’s a wonderful time, and it’s an exciting time of new beginnings. Make the most out if it.

And don’t forget about Venus.

Venus is just now coming to the end of her transit through Pisces. The Goddess of Love and Beauty should enter Aries on the 4th of February. Single men and woman who are looking for love have two opportunities to find it. The first is between February 4th and March 27th when Venus is going direct in Aries, and the second is at the end of April when Venus goes direct again. Venus will go retrograde for most of April, but things should be much clearer after that.

Alright everyone, I’ll see you at the full moon!

Moon Scope

January 13, 2025

Good evening! Thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet, and welcome to the first Moon Scope of the new year!

For those who are new to my website, the Moon Scope is something I usually write twice per month for the new and full moons. The title, Moon Scope, is a combination of the words horoscope and moon.

Let’s begin..

It was widely believed that the time of full moon was one of craziness, and that’s where we get the word lunatic. Thanks to popular culture, humanity was brainwashed into thinking the full moon made people crazy, but that’s not true at all. As a matter of fact, during my own research, I found that there’s more murder and a general increase in violent crimes when the crescent moon is waxing.

The full moon is a time of revelation. When the moon culminates and is 100% illuminated, we have an opportunity to gain insight, wisdom, and a better understanding of what we’re doing personally.

In the astrological sign of Cancer, the Moon is home. The Moon rules Cancer, so the influence of the Moon will be stronger. Tonight’s full moon is the first full moon of 2025, and it’s going to be powerful. Set aside a half hour in the morning and a half hour in the evening so you can meditate.

This current lunar cycle, don’t forget, began on the 30th of December. That’s important to keep in mind because it’s the reason why there was a carryover or an overlap of certain issues. Old relationships, old patterns of behavior, and anything you wanted to leave in the past (2024), might’ve resurfaced during the first week of January, and it’s really because this lunar cycle began at the end of 2024.

If you have a list of New Year’s resolutions, stick with it. Create boundaries, and stand firm. 2025 is brand-new. The old, the outdated, the negative, the hate, the spiteful; all of that, which you decided to move on without, will make one last attempt to cling on and be apart of your life during this new year. Don’t allow it.

Cancer is a beautiful sign. It’s the cardinal sign of water that indicates loyalty. Cancer is about nurturing, sympathy, and kindness. It’s receptive, patient, and cool.

The new moon on December 30th was in Capricorn, and Saturn rules Capricorn. When we look at the polarity of these two signs, we see Saturn, the stern ruler of limitations and restrictions.

He’s the dominant ruling with an iron fist, and the Moon in Cancer is like the submissive. With a shrewd mind, she takes it all in.

Right now, in our lives, the above scenario might apply on so many different levels, and this full moon is waking us up by bringing us face to face with the question, “How much will you continue to take?”

The cardinal quality of Cancer will have us pushing for change, and at this point, we should know exactly what we want because..

..we’ve had an overabundance of the stuff we thought we wanted, which turned out to be everything we didn’t want. Now we know.

As we move forward, Cancer is reminding us to remain loyal to the people who’ve been loyal to us. Take care of your family members, friends, and loved ones. Be patient with them and show them kindness.

It might be a good idea to spend some extra time around the house if that’s possible. Tell your mother and the women in your life that you love and appreciate them.

Pay attention to your body and how you feel. How do you feel about yourself, your life, your friends, your job, your relationships, your health? Tune in and let your intuition guide the way. If something feels wrong, then it probably is now, so don’t ignore it.

This full moon will offer us an opportunity to change the beliefs, the opinions, and the perceptions that others have of us, and when it comes to the opinions that others have of us, we’re partly to blame. Don’t be shy. Engage, and speak up for yourself.

Before the lunar cycle begins anew, a return to your roots might be necessary. Some of us might find it helpful to return to our old neighborhoods-where we grew up. Remembering what we were like, how things were, or how far we’ve come might shed light on a current situation.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and happy new year.

Once this current lunar cycle ends, 2025 will be official.

Moon Scope

May 28, 2024 Edition

When it comes to addiction, I always believed that I had enough will power to bring it to an end on my own, but sometimes more is needed. I support one’s decision to voluntarily admit themselves into a rehabilitation facility to get healthy again.

Okay, the Moon as of 12:06 PM eastern time, was in the sixth house in the astrological sign of Aquarius.

Tonight, the Moon will be a Waning Gibbous and 72% illuminated. We have about two more days before the last quarter, which means things are coming to an end. On the night of the last quarter, the Moon will be right in sync in the twelfth house sign of Pisces.

In the sixth house, work, service to ourselves and others, and health and health routines are highlighted. As this current lunar cycle comes to a close, the universe is giving us a hint at what exactly is about to go through a rebirthing process.

If you haven’t been taking care of your health, then it should be obvious to you that your ability to work and your service to others isn’t where it should be. Whatever it is that needs to be improved upon, or whatever it is that you need to go through, or put to the side, the universe is giving us an open door over the next nine days to do just that.

In a sense, we’re reborn at the time of this sacred new moon coming up on June 6 (6/6). Repair, heal, and  rehabilitate because once 6/6 gets here, new paths and new roads will be wide open for those who are mentally ready to make some real progress.

Taking care of your health must be first and foremost because without it we don’t have much, and that’s the lesson here. If people knew how special and sacred the human body actually was, they wouldn’t put toxins in it to begin with, but that’s another story.

Good luck and much love to all those who are going through a healing process right now. You’re all in my prayers.
