Moon Pluto Conjunction Stirs Second House

Saturday, September 14, 2024

Pluto’s conjunction with the Moon in the 2nd House indicates some type of feeling concerning money and the tangible goods we may or may not be in possession of.

In Cardinal Capricorn, Pluto is fueled by thoughts of security, and it’s this need for personal security combined with grounded determination to continue pushing forward that’s causing the Moon to reevaluate and reexamine.

All things considered, security included, what do we really have?

We don’t doubt that fixed Aquarius can be stubborn, and when there’s an  injustice involved, the Water Bearer never hesitates to rectify the situation.  Especially if it’s his independence that’s in jeopardy.

In the 2nd House, we’re pushing our chips to the center of the table and going all in because in our attempt to come clean and be honest, we realize that we’re not getting the same from those around us.

In Virgo, the Sun is in the sign of work and self-improvement.

In our search for a life we can call our own, all options must be considered.

Moving and relocating are possibilities,  and Capricorn opens the door for soul searching through pilgrimage.

The Water Bearer is friendly, but what’s he supposed to do when he’s surrounded by dishonesty and deception?

What’s a friendly person supposed to do without cooperation?

When you’ve shown up for yourself more than it was necessary to do so, and you’ve proven yourself time and time again, a lack of recognition can cause frustration to set in.

Then, we make bad decisions because we’re acting in haste.

Regroup, rest, and make a plan.  The people who are capable and willing to help you are out here, so don’t think you have to settle for what you’re being shown.

You don’t have to continue putting yourself in the company of people who refuse to take you seriously.

Right now, beloved, regaining control of your life is necessary.

You can sit here and say that your situation is the way it is because of him, because of her, because they moved, because the business closed, or because of anything else you want to blame, but you’re giving your power away by doing that.

You’re no longer going along for the ride and accepting the difficulties you face as the results of someone else’s decisions.  Essentially, you’re saying you didn’t have a choice.

You always have a choice, and as soon as you make a decision for yourself, you’ll put yourself back in the driver seat.

Oh Boy, They’re Asking me to Investigate the Death of Diana, Princess of Wales

September 11, 2024

Wow, so August 31st was 27 years to the day that Diana, Princess of Wales, died in a car accident.

Actually, will you look at that?!  It has been 27 years and 11 days exactly, and since we don’t reduce the number eleven in numerology, 27 years and 11 days breaks down to 9 11, which unbelievably, is today’s date.

She’s calling out from the grave.

Diana, Princess of Wales, was born on July 1, 1961, and she died on August 31st in 1997 in a car accident.  Diana was 36 at the time of her death.

She was in the vehicle with three other people; Dodi Fayes, who’s listed as her companion, Henri Paul, the acting security manager of the Hotel Ritz Paris, and Trevor Rees-Jones, a bodyguard employed by Dodi’s father.

Everyone in the car died except for Jones, but Jones suffered a serious head injury that caused him a total loss of memory of that night and of the incident itself.

Hmm.  That’s interesting.  The only survivor has no recollection of what happened.

Apparently, the car Diana was in was fleeing from paparazzi when it lost control in the Pont de I’Alma tunnel in Paris.

Hmm.  That’s interesting as well.  I never heard of the paparazzi chasing someone to their death.

Personally, and this is just my opinion, I think the car containing Diana, Dodi, Henri, and Trevor was being chased by someone.

I believe they were in fear of their lives, and that’s what caused them to drive at such recklessly high speeds and, ultimately, lose control of their car.

I don’t believe they died trying to get away from someone who wanted to take pictures of them.

Because it has been 27 years since the accident, I believe the number 27 will be significant in this investigation.  And, the timing of this is eerie because 27 is a number that has been coming up again and again during my studies over the past several days.

27 is telling us that it’s a lunar thing, so let’s go to the astrology, and I shall do what I do best.

Sagittarius, on the ascendant, tells us that Diana was spirited with a ton of energy.  She was generous and ambitious.  Diana was full of optimism and love for freedom.

The search for The Archer’s ruler, Jupiter, led me to the 5th degree of Aquarius in the 2nd House.

The Sabian Symbol for Aquarius 5 degrees shows a counsel of ancestors, and it says building on what came before.

Well, she was a member of the British Royal Family, the mother of Princes Harry and William, and the first wife of Charles III, Prince of Wales.

She came from wealth, power, and fame, and it was now her time to carry the torch forward.

Jupiter in the second house shows an abundance of wealth and material possessions, the type of abundance that allowed Diana to be the embodiment of Sagittarius rising.

Things get interesting when we make our way through the 2nd House of Money and Possessions and find the Moon on the 25 degree of the same sign, Aquarius.

The Moon represents many things, but specifically, in this case, my focus went directly to the Moon as it represents the subconscious mind.  In the 2nd House, the Moon shows that on a subconscious level, Diana is thinking about money and material possessions.

From time to time, these issues might or might not have reached the everyday mind that’s awake, but nevertheless, she was subconsciously consumed by money and possessions.

Now, we’re finally on to something here because in order for a thought to reach the everyday mind, which is wide awake, if it resides at the subconscious level, there’s needs to be an awakening.

We’re unaware of subconscious thoughts until they’re brought to the awakened mind.

Now, we’re talking about consciousness, and that means we’re talking about Virgo.

We have a lead on the case.

Because the Moon is in Aquarius, the keys to this awakening belong to none other than the Awakener Himself, Uranus!

In the 8th House, of all houses, we find Uranus.  The 8th House is the house of death and rebirth, transformations, regeneration, legacies and wills, and other people’s money.

In the fixed emotional fire that is Leo, Uranus aligned in opposition to the Moon.  It was a stressful tug of war that Uranus won, and those thoughts of money and possessions were now alive.  They were pulled into the everyday awakened mind, which is represented by Mercury.

Diana’s awakening happened, and she was now conscious.  Moving over seven degrees into Virgo, the sign of consciousness, we find Mars, the planet of violence and war on the 1st degree of Virgo.

Mars is cojoined with Pluto on the 6th degree of Virgo also in the 8th House.  That’s a dangerous, potentially violent, and highly emotional alignment that caused Diana to consider what was really important to her.

From there, we slid over to the 7th House of Partnerships, Marriages, Contractual Agreements, and known enemies because that’s where the everyday awakened mind is located.

In the 7th House, Diana’s Sun is conjunct Mercury in Cancer.

Money and possessions were at the root of this incident, and Diana figured that out eventually.

Diana, Tyler, Henri, and Dodi; there was a partnership there, there was an agreement, and it’s represented by the Sun’s conjunction with Mercury in the 7th House.

Because the conjunction is in Cancer and because Mars is on the 1st degree of Virgo, I’m led to believe that Diana was protecting something that was very important to her.

Whatever she was protecting was also the reason why she was being chased.  The people in the car with her knew what it was about because she shared it with them.  Unfortunately, the only person who lived to tell the story lost his memory.

I can go deeper into this reading.  I may or may not.  It takes a lot.

Galactic Center Conjucts First Quarter Moon

By the time this evening gets here, the Moon will probably be just crossing in Capricorn, so we’ll have a first quarter Moon tonight in Capricorn.

At  5:46 PM, however, the Moon will reach the 27th degree of Sagittarius and conjunct the Galactic Center.

Flowing out from the Galactic Center is electromagnetic radiation in the form of radio waves.

It’s going to be a good time to meditate, pray, take a walk alone in nature, or just simply find some quiet time so you can listen to that inner guidance.

Pluto and the Moon Align Harmoniously

September 9, 2024

Chart Time: Approximately 4:20 PM ET.

There’s an intense situation right now with Pluto on the 29th degree of Capricorn in the 1st House.

As you stand in front of your mirror, and focus in on your own eyeballs, you might be wondering what kind of person you’ve become or will become.

Pluto, the God of emotional encounters, can be relentless.  In Pluto, there’s tremendous power, and it’s the type of power that can literally change your life (let’s not forget that Pluto’s reach is enough to influence an entire generation).

Wherever Pluto is, you can expect emotional experiences that rock you on a deep and personal level.  As the ruler of Scorpio, it’s his job to push for transformation, but transformation is not Pluto’s game.

Capricorn, the grounded earth sign, is patient, reserved, and determined.  A lot of people overlook the Sea Goat because he’s methodical, slow, and steady, but believe you me, he’s got a plan.

In the first house, we’re being challenged.  The crises is with the self  as exterior experiences begin to push and pull us in all directions.  At this time, despite your confidence and self-awareness, your patience is going to be tested.

Directly or indirectly, you can expect your determination, your focus, and your discipline to be tested.

Remember, like Capricorn, grounded and steady is the way forward.  Keep your emotions in check to ward off the tailspin.  Capricorn is cunning like a fox.

Trust your plan and have confidence in yourself.

Wow, that was intense!

Today in Pennsylvania, it was beautiful and sunny, and I expect tonight’s sky to be clear and starry.

The vibe is set this evening in the  mutable fire of Sagittarius as the waxing crescent moon is visibly lit at 37%.

Pluto’s harmoniously sextile with the Moon in the 10th house finally shows us that a lot of what we’re dealing with has to do with our career choices and our reputation with the public.

The Moon is cozy, and relationships are light-hearted and easy-going.  The light of the Moon delivers waves of optimism, and we’re excited.

This is exactly what we needed.  As the cool night air gives us a break from the late summer heat, we can think a little better, and suddenly, we realize we knew what we were doing all along.

Sagittarius is a spirited and freedom loving sign.  As a balance to Pluto in Capricorn, the Moon in Sagittarius is the perfect remedy.

Not everyone walks the beaten path, and for some people, the preservation of freedom can be a lifelong journey.

That’s what I see right now.  An individual with principles.  Someone who might not exactly know what they want, but they know what’s important to them.  If they’re free from outside influence, they’ll eventually find what they’ve been searching for.

And, it will be worth it.

Enjoy this evening; the pressure is off.

The Cusp of Death and Rebirth

September 7

I was motivated to write this post after reading a story from another WordPress creator.  Her site is, That Nurse Patty, and she shared a personal experience in a story titled, Exit, which was interesting-really interesting.

This article, I hope, validates in some way the experience she had.

Now, listen carefully, I only resonated with her post because of the exact and precise placement of two signs and two houses in my astrological birth chart.

Had these two signs been in another house, her story wouldn’t have made much sense, but the Lord works in mysterious ways.

It just so happens that the 8th House in my birth chart contains two signs, Aquarius and Pisces.

The 8th House is the house of death and rebirth, transformations, and regeneration

The first half of the 8th house is occupied by the last ten or so degrees of Aquarius, and the other half is occupied by pisces.

I’ve drawn a line down the Aquarius and Pisces boundary to make it easy to see.  It splits the 8th house in half, almost.

Okay, now we’re in the house of death and rebirth as we come to the end of Aquarius.

Look at the Sabian Symbols for the last two degrees of Aquarius:

https://www.jamesburgess.com/butterfly-emerging-from-a-chrysalis.html

https://www.jamesburgess.com/the-field-of-ardath-in-bloom.html

As this relates to Patty’s story, this is unbelievable!!!!

Aquarius and Pisces are normally 11 and 12 house signs, so these two sabian symbols would not only be describing the end of Aquarius, but they’d be describing the end of the 11th House as well.

Once you place Aquarius in the middle of the 8th house, these symbols are seen in a completely different way because the context changes.

They’re relating to death and rebirth, and ultimately, the passing of Patty’s patient.

Saturday Morning, Astrological Reading

September 7, 2027

Good morning, beloved.  It’s the seventh day of September, and the Sun is halfway through its transit of Virgo.

As we see the sacred symbols, wings, chalice, Ivy, the eagle, and the fountain of youth, our awareness is stoked, and we find the Greek Goddess Hebe present in the 2nd House.

The astrological 2nd House is established as the house of personal possessions and money, and because we’ve consumed ourselves with making money and acquiring physical possessions, we sometimes lose site of other important things we can be in possession of.  Like faith, for example.

The Roman equivalent of Hebe was Juventas, and the Romans believed that Juventas was a powerful divine force rendering a vital gift of strength at a critical moment.

Now, this can be perceived as the woman or the man who suddenly gains superhuman strength and lifts a car off of an infant, but this strength can also be seen as hope, optimism, and positivity.  It can be seen as the strength to carry on and continue through life when all seems lost.

When life has lost its purpose and become pointless, and you’ve lost everything and find yourself in a lonely and dark place, Juventas represents divine intervention.  It’s that sudden spark that gives you the strength to make another go at things.

The Greeks called Hebe the Gladening Princess.  On Mount Olympus, she was a cupbearer for the Gods and Goddesses, and she represented youth and old age, forgiveness, and the prime of life.

Scorpio is the fixed water sign of passion and desire, and passionate water is an accommodating place for such a goddess.  Looking deeper into the meaning behind the 11th degree of Scorpio, we can see a message of humility as a drowning man is being rescued.

This reminds me of a hand sticking out of a grave; someone sees the individual struggle to survive and decides to reach out and offer a helping hand.

We’re finally saved!  Humble, which is the umbrella term describing the 11th through the 15th degree, is reinforced in the chart by the Moon’s Nodal axis, which is an axis of major significance in this reading because Hebe is conjunct the Moon in the 2nd House.

The South Node is in the 1st House and the North Node in the 7th House.  As the importance of self and ego fades in the background, slightly, our personal needs are better met in the company of others.  The 7th House is about marriages, partnerships, and contractual agreements.

Be thankful, and show appreciation and gratitude for being saved.  Then, remain humble as you begin to form the partnerships that will carry you forward.

This is a real blessing for those of us who are resonating with this.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Moon Scope

September 2, 2024

As of 8:58 AM, ET, our ascendant was on the 9th degree of Libra, and the midheaven was located at the 11th degree of Cancer.

For both the ascendant and the midheaven, we’re blessed with cardinal energy, which, in the backdrop of things, is the kind of energy that enables us to mold our environment.  The difference is that Cancer is intuitive and creative water, and Libra is intellectual air.

Use your mind.  Be creative, be crafty, and listen to your inner voice.  Cardinal energy is what I call “starter energy” because it’s the foundational point that everything else plays out from.  Decisions we make now are important.  This is creative energy.

Because Libra is on the ascendant, Venus is the planet ruling the entire chart, and it’s a breath of fresh air with overtones of love and harmony.

Interestingly enough, the Sun on the 10th degree of Virgo in the 11th House shows a clear picture of our intent at this time, which is to find harmony within disorder.  Our choice to see beyond duality and conflict for a world of goodness and peace will help us build the type of future that dreams are made of.

Not only that, but Libra is the sign of harmony and balance, so the Sun’s postion in Virgo in the 11th House reinforces what’s on the horizon.

While all that beautiful stuff is going on, we have a new moon phase beginning tonight.  It will be a new moon in Virgo, and this is an important one because this lunar phase forms a bridge between the summer and fall seasons.  It begins tonight in Virgo and takes us all the way to October 2nd.

If you’re looking for a time to set a precedent or a tone for the way you’d like to finish out this year, now is the time.

The new moon in Virgo sets us up on an industrious path with organization and an eye for detail.  It’s a good time to look at your financial situation, dig through material that could be helpful in some way, or just plain old investigating or fact gathering will work fine.

With intellectual Libra on the horizon and the new moon in Virgo, we’re using our brains.  We have a fresh start and all the tools to make it work.  The way forward is calculated, thought out, and well researched.

And, even if you’re still confused and incapable of figuring things out, don’t worry.  Keep moving forward.  There’s enough magic in this universe to support you until the light of day is visible.

I’m not gonna lie.  Things can be quite serious for some of us right now, and the older we grow, the more we see the serious side of life, so don’t forget laugh, even if you have to laugh at yourself.

Lucky numbers are 5 and 3.
