Using the Pandemic to F!@k You!

Online publication, The Mon Valley Independent (whatever that means), published an article written by Taylor Brown discussing rule changes for Pennsylvania bars and resturants.

Written in the article: On Thursday, Gov Tom Wolf and Health Secretary Dr. Rachael Levine signed new orders loosing restrictions on alcohol sales, but not by much.

Last week, Wolf announced that bars and restaurants could increase their indoor seating capacity from 25% to 50% starting Monday-if they go through an online self-certification process by October 5th-and force on-premise alcohol consumption to end at 10 p.m.

I don’t own a bar or restaurant in Pennsylvania, but if I did, I’d probably be standing outside the Governor’s office right now.

If there’s a better example of the Government using the current pandemic conditions to infringe further into the lives of private business owners someone please show me.

You want bar and restaurant owners to stop serving alcohol by 10 p.m…..WHY? I’m interested in how that’s going to prevent the spread of a pandemic you’re clearly taking advantage of now.

And….a self-certification process for what?

Ten years ago someone said reeducation camps, and everyone laughed and said, “Yeah right! What is this Nazi Germany?”

Okay, so they’re not physically putting anyone into a caged camp, but what do you think forcing you to stay in your home and take online courses is?

Next topic.

I didn’t watch the NFL, but I heard their was two different National Anthems sung or played before one of the games. I couldn’t believe it. TWO DIFFERENT NATONAL ANTHEMS? That means we no longer live in the United States of America…Where do we live then?

I don’t know, I’m asking.

Team owners, coaches, and the NFL front office should be ashamed of themselves for letting politics and agenda driven propaganda destroy one of the greatest and most meaningful sports ever.

2,400 English Cents

With the current trend of ripping down and destroying statues representing the history of the United States, I’m finding it more important than ever to talk about our history. In the 1600’s, when the colonies were forming, the North American Continent was occupied by Native American Indians.

A man named Peter Minuit was chosen by the early Dutch settlers as the leader of New Amsterdam, which today, we know as Manhattan. As the story goes, Minuit met with the local Indian chiefs and a deal was reached.

For two boxes of trade goods and 2,400 English cents, the Dutch purchased Manhattan. 2,400 English cents is equivalent to $24. With all the money made in Manhattan today, and the outrageous cost of acreage, the $24 sale will forever go down in history as one of the best deals ever.

Despite the sale, New Amsterdam remained New Amsterdam. It did not become Manhattan until the English showed up and stole it from the Dutch. The Dutch had a lot to offer. Among their many contributions, it was the Dutch, in defense against local Indians, who built the wall in lower Manhattan-the same wall that’s credited for the name Wall Street, but their ownership of the land was short lived.

News Now

Good morning everyone, today is Tuesday, September 15th. I worked all day yesterday; it was a long day. I woke up at 4:30 a.m., ran forty minutes to the bus stop, and worked until 6 o’clock in the evening. When I left work and walked outside, I was hit with this wave of cool-fresh air, and immediately, I had this rush of memories and emotions.

The air had a smell that brought back a warm-loving feeling that I haven’t felt in quite some time. I love the Fall season, but it’s not only about the beautiful crisp weather or the leaves changing colors; I feel like some of my most memorable experiences happened between September and December.

So yeah we have another week, and it will be autumn. The leaves will be changing colors, the warm humid air will give way to coolness, and jeans and sweatshirts will replace shorts and t-shirts.

🌞On my way home from work, I exited the highway ramp, came up and around to the traffic light, and wham! Right in front me was the biggest softest sun I had ever seen. It was pleasing and easy on the eyes as you could look right at it and not have to squint. It was a perfect circle colored in with creamy pastels of orange and pink. It was amazing. Currently, the sun is in the astrological sign of Virgo.

🌙The moon is in Leo, where it will remain for the rest of the day, and tomorrow it will be moving into Virgo. (Don’t you love when the sun and moon occupy the same sign?)

🏈Monday Night Football. The Pittsburgh Steelers won last night beating the New York Giants 26-16. Pittsburgh running back Benny Snell rushed for 113 yards on 19 carries, and QB Ben Roethlisberger threw for 229 yards and 3 touchdowns.

🎤I’d like to give a shout out. Well, it’s actually a thank you to Lyft for providing incredible ride service. I’ve been using Lyft for about three years now.

⚾MLB After getting swept by the Kansas City Royals, the Pittsburgh Pirates lost again yesterday to the Cincinnati Reds, 4-9.

👽Did you ever see the movie Fire In The Sky? It was about the alien abduction of a man named Travis Walton that occurred on November 5th in 1975. While working in an Apache National Forest in Arizona, Walton and his crew spotted a UFO hovering in the woods. Walton got out of his truck and approached the strange craft, but was violently blown 10 to 20 feet back into the air. In a panic, his crew left him for dead, but they decided to turn around and come back for him, but it was too late. Travis and the craft were gone. There’s a show called Midnight in the Desert hosted by the legendary Art Bell that’s on You Tube, and Art Bell interviews Travis Walton. If you’re interested in UFO’s and alien abduction, listening to this is a must.

Alright everyone, as always, have a wonderful and blessed day!

The First Census Was When?

1790! Yes, the first census was completed in August 1790 to determine how many delegates each state would have in the House of Representatives.

Census 1790

  • United States population was 3,929,625
  • Black population 697,624 slaves; 59.557 free blacks
  • Philadelphia is the largest city (42,000) New York is the second largest (33,000)
  • Virginia was the most populated state with more than 820,000 people
  • Almost half the population lived in southern states
  • The country is youthful; 490 of every 1,000 whites is under the age of sixteen

We’ve come a long way, and we’re still growing and learning as a nation.

Have a wonderful day!

Not Your Typical First Day of Work

Today I was watching President Trump speak, and my mind started to wonder. I began to think about the condition of this country when he took office, and then I started thinking about other messes that American Presidents have inherited over the years.

I’m telling you, when you think about some of the stuff that has gone on over the course of our country’s history, you have to laugh-it’s the humor we find in things when they’re so bad, you laugh to keep from loosing your mind.

With that, let’s go back to the presidency of Ronald Reagan and Vice President, George Bush Sr. Before Reagan was in office, America was in the post-Vietnam and post-Watergate phase. The confidence and mood of the country was teetering on the brink of disaster. While in office, Reagan and Bush dealt with sky-rocketing budget deficits, and the Wall Street scandal involving the manipulation of junk bonds.

Inheriting a mess, and dealing with one? You bet. It gets worse though. There was a banking crises going on in the eighties that was costing tax payers billions of dollars, crack-cocaine became an epidemic, and urban crime was reaching an all-time high! (No pun intended)

Let’s not forget about AIDS.

During the first two years as president, Bush Sr. saw Communism unravel in Europe, Mikhail Gorbachev’s attempt to restructure the Soviet’s economy, and the collapse or destruction of the Berlin Wall.

In 1990, Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait, and Bush ordered Operation Desert Shield to protect the Saudi Arabian oil fields (and freedom and liberty) but probably the oil fields more. 😂🗽

I didn’t know Saddam Hussein’s role model was Joseph Stalin!? Anyway, at 3 A.M. on January 17th, 1991, Operation Desert Storm commenced and the air-strikes began! With the United Nations approval, the Untied States led the way, and we were backed by 39 other nations.

History is amazing, and it does repeat itself. I think Reagan and Bush did a pretty darn good job restoring American confidence and fixing the economy, but I was just a baby then.

Thanks for reading everyone, and the next time you change jobs, think about the crack epidemic or something. Hey, at least you’re not the president-Am I right guys. hahahalolhahaha

I’m tired, and I’ve been writing all day and night.

I’m now digressing…

Have a wonderful night, and a blessed day tomorrow!

What’s Up With You, Yahoo!?

What’s going on everyone? It’s a beautiful Saturday morning here in the state of independence, and I hope it is by you as well. I love my Yahoo email services, and I’ve been a member for a really long time, but something changed during the last five or so years.

Everyday, I get hundreds of pornographic spam emails. The emails feature nude photos of men an women trying to sell dating services through websites and webcam. Most ask for personal information and/or credit card payment. I know they’re all fake, (not the people, the services) and everyone says just mark them as spam and forward them to your spam box, but after five years, this is becoming a pain in the ass.

Blocking them doesn’t work either as I’m starting to realize some of the email addresses continue to send advertisements. I’m not upset with Yahoo, and I’m not looking to cancel my services or anything like that, but I would like to know if there’s a way of preventing the flooding of my email folders from these emails. If I didn’t check my email daily, there would probably be 1000’s of these emails.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Do you have advice or suggestions?

Thank You! Have a Wonderful and Blessed Day!

I 💙 You!

Mean People Suck

Woha! What’s going on everyone? We’ve been working really hard these past couple of days to advertise Table Seven at https://noozbuffet.com.

If you received a business card, and you don’t want it, than toss it out, but I don’t understand how some people can be so mean. You’re telling me my website sucks, and my business cards are ugly and of poor quality. That’s really personal.

Please don’t project your guilt and fear on us.

We believe in strong communities, and in order for that to be possible, the lines of communication must remain open. We’re going to continue interacting and reaching out to the public because that’s what we do.

Have A Wonderful Day Everyone.

Around the World

The government is a parliament, and the capital city is New Delhi; can you name the country? India! That’s right, officially known as the Republic of India, India is the second most populated country in South Asia. The Indian Ocean, the Arabian Sea, and the Bay of Bengal are the three bodies of water that border the Southern half of the country.

The Lotus

The first modern humans were said to have arrived 55,000 years ago on the Indian Sub-Continent as hunter-gatherers. As of 2011, 79% of the population practiced Hinduism, 14% practiced Islam, and 2% were Christian.

Two National Symbols stick out the most, to me anyway; the Bengal Tiger, which was one of three animals, and the Lotus flower. Several years ago I read a self-healing book titled “The Lotus Effect.” The Lotus plant is remarkable because it has the ability to blossom into a beautiful flower through the harshest conditions. The Bengal Tiger is probably one of the most graceful predators in the world, and there aren’t many like it.

I’ve never been to India, but from what I hear, it’s a cool place to go. There’s the Taj-Mahal, The Agra Fort, and the Tomb of Akbar the Great. If you’re into history, the Agra Fort in Agra is the place to see. It was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638. In 1983, it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Alright Everyone, Have a Wonderful Night!

Is It True?

I don’t know how many of you follow or watch Info Wars, but there’s a reporter who works for them, and her name is Millie Weaver. Earlier this morning she was just arrested and charged with a whole bunch of stuff, and people are wondering if the arrest is legit.

Weaver, who has a Documentary coming out called Shadow Gate, claims to have uncovered a plot involving both political parties against President Trump. So, I guess the question here is is she really getting arrested for what she’s being charged with, or is she being harassed for the plot she claims to have uncovered.

This is going to be interesting.
