The Reality of the Times

December 10, 2023

I’ve been sitting here thinking about my life in terms of where I’m at and where I think I should be. I’m thinking about the fact that I love writing, and how journalism was gift bestowed to me by God himself when I was just six years of age.

I’ve written three books now, and the third I just submitted to be reviewed for publication. It’s a 60,000-word manuscript titled, Smorgasbord 3 Poverty and Prophecy. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in communication with a concentration in journalism, and I’ve been running Nooz Buffet by myself since 2018.

So, why am I working part-time at the Dollar Tree?

Pay attention to what I’m about to write.

There’s a war going on in this country, and I don’t even think some of the people involved realize it. In this country, the United States of America, there are people who are anti-American and anti-constitution. Many of these people work in the mainstream media, for newspapers, for magazines, for television, and now, all over the internet.

Me personally, I Am an American-probably 5th generation. I understand that the United States Constitution is contract between the people of this country and the democratically elected officials we voted into office to serve us.

From that contract, the only form of government capable of serving you as an individual living in the most diverse place in the world was established. It’s called a Constitutional Republic. There are many reasons for why we find ourselves in the situation we’re in at the moment, but the most important reason, has been the failure to uphold, protect, and defend the United States Constitution.

We the People didn’t do that. Our democratically elected officials have been ignoring their duty and responsibility to serve the American public according to the laws spelled out in the Constitution for a very long time. They neglect the Constitution for power and control over the American people, and that’s why things feel the way they do.

I believe in the United States Constitution. I know the Bill of Rights, the First ten amendments, were given to the people of this Nation by our federal government with the promise that they, no matter what, would never be infringed upon. The power to declare war is a power we delegated to our government, but we maintain the right to bear arms to protect our families, our neighborhoods, and god-forbid, our country if it’s necessary.

This isn’t a game.

We as a country sacrificed a lot by placing a government over us, and we did it so they could protect our way of life. We didn’t put them into power to control our lives.

So, the time has come. People in this country are finally awake.

I’m awake, and I have a pretty good idea about how things should be in this country. I’m not a perfect person, but I’m a good person. I’m a fair person, and I can discern between right and wrong and good and bad. As a Journalism major, I feel it is my responsibility to uphold, defend, and protect the first amendment.

I believe in free speech. I don’t believe in censorship. At the very least, there are two sides to every story, and we should be able to hear them all-not only what someone wants us to hear. Blocking or censoring one side or manipulating information in any way is dangerous, but we know that it’s done to persuade public opinion and control the perceptions that people have.

The reason why I’m working at the Dollar Tree should be clear now.

In college I was told that a reporter should only report the facts, and when reporting the news, you CANNOT add your personal opinions or feelings to a story. Then I got into the real world. I graduated college, and quickly, I realized that politically, the democrats had their own media outlets that spin stories in favor of the left, and the republicans had their own news outlets that spin stories in favor of the right.

In order for you to have a successful career as a political journalist in this country, you have to pick a team. I didn’t. The people who pick a team, obviously do so for the paycheck, but in the process, they’ve also chosen to willingly serve the machine, as corrupt, as controlling, and as overreaching as it may be.

Once you pick a side, you sacrifice the truth. You’re not reporting the facts. You’re stories have to persuade public opinion and control the perceptions that people have because you’re no longer working for the interests of the American people, you’re working for the interests of the political party.

Hello!

And there it is. That’s why I’m 43, and working at the Dollar Tree.

But, I cannot survive on a Dollar Tree salary. So, now, I must find a way to create my own brand, or find a job with people who think like I do.

It’s so easy to pick a team, but I feel so strongly about the foundations of this country. I truly believe in my heart that we’ve all been robbed of the American experience, and the only way to get that back is by removing anything and everything unconstitutional, and then by holding our democratically elected officials accountable.

If you, my supporters, donate to the Nooz Buffet website, I can easily establish my own brand.

So, let’s see how it goes.

Why Has America Put Every Other Nation First?

It is finally being spoken about. America as the police force of the world, America flooding the country with illegal immigrants and giving them access to free everything while the poverty rates in our country continue to grow, America giving its own tax-payer money to the Ukraine to fund its war against Russia, we did the same thing in the Middle East, we supported Hitler, and we continue to take care of every other Nation but own.

WHY?

The black revolution is much more than a struggle for the rights of Negroes. It is forcing America to face all its interrelated flaws—racism, poverty, militarism, and materialism. It is exposing evils that are rooted deeply in the whole structure of our society. It reveals systemic rather than superficial flaws and suggests that radical reconstruction of society itself is the real issue to be faced

–Martin Luther King Jr.

We must recognize that we can’t solve our problem now until there is a radical redistribution of economic and political power… this means a revolution of values and other things. We must see now that the evils of racism, economic exploitation, and militarism are all tied together… you can’t really get rid of one without getting rid of the others… the whole structure of American life must be changed. America is a hypocritical nation and [we] must put [our] own house in order.

—Martin Luther King Jr.

The answer obvious. It’s easier to make believe everyone else is a concern than it is to face your own problems head on and put your own house in order.

We’ve been avoiding looking at ourselves in the mirror for a very long time, and so it has become even harder to look at ourselves.

And that’s why there has been so much push back against people who are trying to restore this country. That’s why the real true American has become an enemy of the state and casted out by the mainstream. Instead of American exceptionalism, they want you to believe it’s not cool to be an American-when this country was designed to be the greatest in the entire world.

Moses Is Back

In 2012, I visited my brother who was watching Curb Your Enthusiasm at the time. And oddly enough, I came into the room with a ton of enthusiasm and passion. I expressed to him this urge I had to visit Mount Sinai, rip my shirt off, and ascend the Mountain.

He just looked at me an laughed, and then he said, “Yeah, but..why do you need to take your shirt off.”

He kind of blew me off and we both laughed at me.

Today, eleven years later, I decided to take a look at my astrological birth chart with the settings on sidereal/geocentric instead of geocentric/tropical because the sidereal chart has the real placements.

And wouldn’t you know it, my midheaven was on the 22nd degree of Pisces.

Sabian Symbol: 22 degrees Pisces-“A man bringing down the new law from Sinai.”

Are you kidding me?

Astrological Candopelene

Candopelene is the mental and psychological effects of, or how we’re affected by something. You will not find candopelene in a dictionary because I just created it.

Today’s astrological chart reading for 3:09 PM (ET) reveals a feminine-dominated energy. This is a very hard energy to work with because as I’ve stated in past articles, when you have water and earth, you get mud. According to my own methods for chart reading and analysis, this would be a cardinal/fixed cross, and the challenge here is discriminating between what we perceive to be good or good for us, and the truth of what actually is.

The challenge is to separate intuition, our real inner guidance, from that, which appeals to our senses and ultimately leads us astray on a never-ending quest to quench our personal desires. With the ascendant in fixed Taurus and the midheaven in cardinal Capricorn, sensuality is at the forefront. There’s a time for everything, and the time is calling for personal enjoyment.

We have the Sun conjunct Mars in Sagittarius in the 7th house. The willful Sun and war oriented Mars are giving us the power and energy forge ahead and be pioneers when it comes to relationships and partnerships, but the Moon in Virgo is saying, “slow your roll.”

The Moon is squared to both the Sun and Mars, and so we must take the Moon’s call for diplomacy into consideration here for two reasons. One, the overall energy is feminine, and two, 50% of the energy is fixed. Fixed, as in rigid and inflexible. I would like to compare the cardinal/fixed cross to someone making a decision to take action based on what they’ve always known and believed. The problem here is that the person, because they’ve been unwilling to change or consider someone else’s point of view, is now incapable of seeing the bigger picture.

With that in mind, you can see why or how the Sun’s 7th house conjunction with Mars in Sagittarius is necessary in this situation. We absolutely need to broaden our horizons, form friendships and partnerships that can help us, and in a sense, branch out.

But at what cost?

So, we take heed to the Moon’s call for diplomacy. The Moon is forming a brilliant trine with Mercury in Capricorn in the 8th house of death and regeneration. Communication should be cunning instead of forceful now. Make a commitment and be persistent, and if you must indulge in what pleases you, use moderation. Nothing muddies the waters more than drugs and alcohol-keep that in mind.

The Moon is requiring more information before she can get on board with moving ahead, or blessing that conjunction between the Sun and Mars. She’s in Virgo, and Virgo is a very conscientious and discriminating sign. The Moon is asking us to conduct our research thoroughly and carefully. With all this fixed energy, mutable Virgo is the perfect placement for the Moon right now.

Thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet, and this is the Astrological Candopelene for the next twenty-four hours.

Nooz Now

December 3, 2023 Edition

🎄Happy Holidays-Christmas, December 25th, is now 22 days away. The countdown begins. I just found out yesterday, the Holly and Ivy, Joy to the World, and many other songs I sang as a child to celebrate Christmas were Pagan solstice hymns. The roots of mainstream religious ceremonies and rituals are fascinating.

Astrology-Today the Sun is in the astrological sign of Sagittarius on the 11th degree. Sagittarius is mutable fire, it is the embodiment of the spirit of freedom. It is the sign of sight, ambition, generosity, and exploration. Sagittarius rules holly, oak, and turquoise. The lucky numbers of the Archer are 5 and 7.

🏈In the world of NCAA college football, it looks as if things are coming apart at the seems in Colorado. I think two coaches have now left Coach Sander’s staff, and many players have openly expressed their feelings on social media. I know you can’t believe everything you read on the internet, but there’s a lot going on there. Alabama, Michigan, Washington, and Texas are in the college football playoffs.

🌊Global Flooding?-A week ago, one of the largest icebergs in the world was drifting beyond the waters of the Antarctic. The worry here is that as the warm waters melt that iceberg, the sea levels could rise dramatically.

🥊Sylvester Stallone-Movie star, Sylvester Stallone was said to have returned to the City of Brotherly Love. The purpose of Stallone’s trip to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was to attend an event hosted by the city to proclaim and promote December 3rd as “Rocky Day.”

Have a wonderful evening and a blessed week!

Merry We Meet, Merry We Part

Acceptance. This is basic shit.

We often don’t understand how important acceptance is. If you really want to work on something for 2024, make it acceptance. Accept people for who they are and what they are without judgement.

You don’t have to like everyone, and God knows you won’t get along with everyone. You don’t even have give your attention or time to anyone, but if you take the time out of your day to get to know someone who seems interesting to you, don’t allow your own insecurities and short-comings to force you into a mode of judgement or shaming if your expectations aren’t met.

Merry we meet, and merry we part.

Dreaming of Stars

Even though there are some people we will never get to meet in our lifetime, that doesn’t mean we don’t have some type of connection to them. During the last month I dreamt about three celebrities that I’ve never met, which kind of poked at my curiosity to seek what the connection between us was.

The last dream was about Hip Hop star, Kevin Gates, who in the dream, put a gun to my head before we sat down at a bar. I decided to reach out to Gates to see if he was interested in having his birth chart read, but I haven’t heard back. I know he’s a busy man.

I decided to look at his chart anyway because like I said, I wouldn’t be dreaming about him if there wasn’t a connection somewhere, and in my world, astrology is probably the best way to go about finding it.

Gates Clip

If you’ve ever watched a Kevin Gates in concert, then you’re not oblivious to the over-the-top, hilarious, and sexual nature of some of his content, but damn, as scary as it is, astrology has once again proven itself capable of penetrating the psychological makeup of individuals.

Gates has a 3-way conjunction in Aquarius between his Sun (will power), Mercury (Communication), and Venus (Love Beauty Sexuality). Some people will say the video above is a disgusting display from someone who’s crazy (and believe me, people have a lot of negative shit to say about Gates), but in reality, it’s the most perfect display of the energies he has at his disposal.

Some people say Gates is lost and we need to pray for him, but he’s definitely not lost. Think about it, here’s someone who probably has no idea about this conjunction in his chart, yet, his behavior, which would then be considered subconscious, displays a person who’s perfectly in-tuned with himself.

As far as the connection, well, I was born on the 7th and Gates the 5th of February, we’re both Aquarius, but his Sun is on the 16th degree of Aquarius and mine the 18th. Which means, in a heliocentric chart, our earths are in Leo-his on the 16th and mine the 18th degree.

I couldn’t get his rising sign without a birth time, but I’m curious to know if it’s in Leo. I seem to be drawing in a lot of Leo ascendants, and that in itself is interesting.

Well, there you have it. I hope Gates returns my email, or maybe decides to give Nooz Buffet an interview! That would be great.

Nooz Now

November 27, 2023

Good morning, and welcome to N.B. I think it has been a while since I’ve published a Nooz Now article, which now that I’m thinking about it, is probably because of all the time effort I put into the premium content project for this college football season. Either way, let’s get into the Nooz.

🏈College Football– Yes, it’s true. The Michigan Wolverines did beat the Ohio State Buckeyes this weekend, and as you can imagine, things have changed in the AP Top 25 as well. Georgia, Michigan, Washington, and Florida State are the top 4 in that order, and they’re all 12-0. Oregon, Ohio State, Texas, and Alabama are the next 4 in that order and they’re all 11-1.

Astrology– The Astrological Sun is on the 5th degree if Sagittarius in the 12th House, and currently, the Moon is on the 6th degree of Gemini in the 6th House. An interesting alignment indeed!

💯Hip Hop– I don’t know if all the reports are true, but I’m almost one-hunnit percent sure Snoop Dogg has finally quit smoking weed. After all these years of smoking, I can only imagine how hard it must be to stop, and even though we did Snoop Dogg absolutely no good by glorifying his drug addiction, that’s exactly what that was. We wish him well and may he have a complete recovery with restored clarity.

🏛Politics– Politics in this country are definitely changing, and as much as some people hate to admit it, it began with Donald Trump. The outspoken former President never failed to call liars out on their bullshit, and that’s exactly what America needs right now. Two more candidates are now on the scene, Robert Kennedy Jr., and Vivek Ramaswany. For the first time in my life, I’m excited about politics. All three men are a little different in their own right, but what they have in common is the sincerity they feel for this country and their commitment to the truth.

🦃Happy Holidays– I hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving had an amazing day. Tis the season, and the holidays are coming up soon. Personally, I celebrate Christmas, but I hope you have a wonderful: Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule, Las Posadas, or Bodhi Day.

For some reason, in America, people started to complain that they were offended by what other people were celebrating, but America isn’t about suppression. If you’re offended or repulsed by what I celebrate, then you should look the other way. You should not run to the federal government and have them violate our Constitution by forcing me to remove my decorations. We have the freedom here to celebrate and worship however we so desire.

🛐Sacred– No matter what you celebrate, this is a sacred time. Our system has set the standard for wild celebrations, family gatherings, bright lights, and lots of food, but don’t be afraid to set aside some time for fasting and quiet meditation.

We’re an intelligent species, and our guidance streams from the galactic center in the form of radio waves. Loud celebrations not only drown out that guidance out, but they turn your attention outward to other people at a time when you should be focusing on yourself. Timing is important, and for everything, there’s a time.

Have a wonderful week!

Kyle McCord, The White Jesus Story

Yesterday was a big day in college football in general, but for the Ohio State Buckeyes, it was a special day. I don’t think I need to sit here and sell anyone who’s truly into college football the magnitude of the game between the Buckeyes and the Wolverines of Michigan.

The game between Michigan and Ohio State has been considered a rivalry game since the days of Woody Hayes and Archie Griffin and probably before. For the head coaches of both teams, wins and loses against one another has definitely become a statistic. At the end of Ryan Day’s career, people will want to know two things, what was your record and what was your record versus Michigan? That’s how important this game is.

So, yesterday it was the 11-0 Ohio State Buckeyes against the 11-0 Michigan Wolverines, and Michigan did end up winning this year. I’ve been a Buckeye fan since 1995, but I must admit the truth. It was a big win for Michigan. The Wolverines deserve all the credit and all the respect that’s coming their way. They played well. Both teams played well.

Before I get into Kyle McCord, I want to say that football is team sport. You win as a team, and you take your loses as a team. Coaches who truly care about the game of football know how to shelter their teams from outside distractions, and believe me, some coaches are under a lot of pressure. There’s a purity about football, and for me as a player in high school and in college, football was a world within a world. It was a safe zone, and once I was inside, nothing else mattered. That must always be protected because there’s a cancer constantly lurking outside the world of football.

At the beginning of this season, Kyle McCord was in the outhouse. I’m not even going to say doghouse, I’m going to say outhouse because that’s how much and how bad he was being talked about. People hated, and I mean hated the fact that Kyle McCord was now the face of the Buckeyes. They hated that Kyle McCord was now the answer for Justin Fields and CJ Stroud. The hatred for McCord was so bad, people were starting to say racism. Anyone with a head on their shoulders knows that wasn’t the case.

The season began, and Ohio State Coach, Ryan Day started McCord. The Buckeyes began their season 3-0, and people still talked poorly about McCord. Then, the Notre Dame game came up. Kyle McCord was brilliant in the fourth quarter of that game, and we all know about the drive he put together at the end of the game to lead his team to victory. Not only did he lead the Buckeyes to victory, but he did it on the road in South Bend against a Fighting Irish team that was ranked in the AP Top 10.

That win and that performance silenced a lot of people, and those people remained silent as Ohio State continued to roll-on to eleven wins, however, another story unfolded during the Notre Dame game.

It was the Marvin Harrison Jr. story. If you watched the Notre Dame game then you know how close that game was. You know that it was a chess match, you know there was absolutely no room for errors, penalties, or turnovers, and you know that Notre Dame did a hell of a job covering Marvin Harrison.

At halftime, Ohio State was winning 3-0, and Harrison was shut out. Late in the second quarter and into the third, the pressure dial was starting to get turned up slowly. The pressure was on the Buckeyes, coach Ryan Day and his staff, and Kyle McCord not to win the game, but to get Harrison the ball.

The pressure dial was turned up even more as the game went into the third quarter, and this is when I finally saw the situation for what it truly was. In a “Prime Time” game against a ranked opponent, individual statistics, when it comes to certain people, are more important than a team win.

As luck would have it, the pressure dial got turned off because Harrison sprained his ankle in the third quarter. The Buckeyes went on to win the game, and Kyle McCord played the quarter of his life. Remember how everyone in the media was starting to go after Ryan Day for the comments he made about Lou Holtz in his post-game interview? Lou Holtz was the sacrifice, the real reason the heat was being turned up on Day was because Harrison finished the Big Game with 3 catches for 32 yards and zero touchdowns.

Now, after Ohio State’s loss to Michigan yesterday, the group that has been silenced since the Notre Dame game, was given new life. They put the entire loss on Kyle McCord, and someone hiding behind a Twitter account called something like Mr. Ohio said, number 6 should be shown the door because he’s not Ohio State material.

Well, what about Marvin Harrison Jr.? At the end of the game when McCord threw that interception, it shows clear as day on instant replay, Harrison pulling up and basically quitting the route. If he ran to the ball maybe he would’ve caught it/ maybe he wouldn’t have it, but at the very least, he could’ve prevented the interception and gave his team another shot.

And then it all made sense. Kyle McCord, in the eyes of this group, would never be a Justin Fields or a CJ Stroud. So, if Day was going to keep him and start him, he would be the sacrifice for Marvin Harrison Jr. Like Lou Holtz, Kyle McCord was the sacrifice. He was the White Jesus, and this season was really about Marvin Harrison Jr., his stats, and his position in the NFL Draft-not the Buckeyes.

They just wanted McCord to throw to Harrison, and if Harrison caught the ball, it was because he was great, but if he didn’t, then it was because McCord sucked. It was a lose lose and a catch 22 for McCord. They would rather him squeeze a ball in and risk interception throwing to Harrison than to dump it off to a back.

I don’t hide behind a social media account that gets millions of views, I’m Francis Joseph LaManna from Nooz Buffet, and I tell it like it is. Truth.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/P54sqRvqDOA?feature=share

The link above is to a video I posted on Twitter. The same thing that’s going on in Ohio with Harrison, is the same thing that’s going on in Colorado.

I give Ryan Day a lot of credit for not giving in to this pressure, and I give him even more credit for going toe to toe with this cancer. Against Notre Dame, he stuck to his game plan. He didn’t deviate just to get Harrison the ball.

The good thing about the cancer is that it doesn’t last forever. It ends up in the NFL. What’s really important is that schools like Ohio State stay strong and maintain their traditions.

Moon Scope

November 27, 2023 Edition

Welcome to this November 27, 2023 Edition of Moon Scope, and thank you for visiting N.B. What we have going on at this time is a full moon in the astrological sign of Gemini. Constellation Gemini, for those who don’t know, got it’s more popularly used name, ‘The Twins,” from the two brightest stars in the group, Castor and Pollux.

Gemini is mutable air, which makes this an extremely adaptable sign. It has been said that Gemini’s live in their heads, which is why the phrase, “I think,” is so fitting.

Gemini is also the sign of communication, and it’s ruled by the Messenger God, Mercury. Adaptability is good at this moment because a lot of information is going to be coming our way. Some of it we may like, some of it may disturb us, and some of it is absolutely necessary, but either way, we take the good with the bad because we’re an open people.

We take in all forms of information, and decide what’s useful to us personally, but that’s after we’ve stood through the barrage, and standing through the barrage is important.

Gemini is the sign of communication, and it’s super-important to remember something about communication. Communication is like a two-way street, it goes both ways. If you and I were having a conversation, it wouldn’t be much of a conversation if only one of us was talking.

There’s an important message coming to us at this time of the full moon. If we’re going to have a conversation and communicate, both parties must be willing to listen and speak. In order to solve some of these distracting, and frankly, aggravating issues, we must be willing to listen to one another. Listen to what you’re partner is saying, and be honest with yourself about what you hear.

If you’ve been in a situation where you ended up as the shoulder to cry on, and the person who sits quietly while the other dumps all their shit out on you, this full moon is going to provide the power to bring that to an end, if that’s what you desire.

At the time of this full moon and for several days after, be on alert for the people in your circle who constantly talk about themselves, people who dominate a conversation and refuse to let you get a word in, and people who only seem to be concerned with themselves.

Also, be on alert for the people in your circle who get upset and verbally attack you when you either speak the truth or call them out on their lies. Being positive is fine and good, but “being positive” shouldn’t be used as an excuse for ignoring the truth or the real issues at hand. Being positive is approaching your problems head on.

There’s a lot going on here, but like I said, Gemini is the perfect sign for this moon placement because it’s intellectual and mutable. We’re going to have to make adjustments, and get rid of a few people who’ve been like a wet blanket on our backs, but sometimes the things we enjoy the most can be the worst things for us.

If you feel like you’re not being heard, or your partner has been inconsiderate towards your wants and needs, or the communication between the two of you has been a one-way-street, let them know. If they can’t respect how you feel, and at least talk through your issues until a conclusion can be reached, they’re not worth keeping around. Trust me.

The last thing I’ll leave you with is this. Gemini is the sign of communication, but actions speak louder than words.

This Moon Scope is coming straight from my heart.
