Next week is Spring.
Also, I will be writing and publishing a Part 2 to Dichotomy – A short story of good and evil. It will have eight more awesome chapters involving Gary, Maureen, and the rest of your favorite characters.

I don’t know if you read the Morning Call, but every now and again I’ll pick it up and thumb through it to see what’s happening locally.
There was an interesting article written by Carl Strikwerda on the News 13 page, Town Square, Your View.
“We must commit ourselves to making our colleges or universities a home for those young people without families,” wrote Strikwerda.
He goes on to say, “These students have great courage. We in higher education need to be equally courageous in helping the next generation thrive.”
I agree with Carl, and I can relate to his article despite graduating William Paterson University in 2003. The truth is that if you don’t intern or start focusing on what you want to do professionally before graduating, then you might find yourself mixed up and lost in the shuffle of real life.
If you attend college right after high school, you’ll probably be 22, 23, or 24 after graduating. At that age we’re young adults and most are responsible for paying back large sums of loan money.
My parents moved out of state in September 2003, and I graduated in August of the same year so I didn’t have a home to come home to. I had to move in with a friend.
The title of Carl’s article is How schools can help “half-homeless” students, and this is the situation he was talking about. Sometimes undergraduate students and definitely graduate students are looking for a little more out of their universities because the reality is they are half-homeless, in the real world, and looking for guidance.
Carl Strikwerda was sounding off a most needed rise from trusted adult professionals who’ve already made that successful transition this younger generation is now going through.
Today is the first round of the Big Ten Conference wrestling tournament. The tournament will be held a Minnesota University, but Pennsylvania’s eyes will be on a the NIttany Lion squad. The finals of course, will be tomorrow, Sunday, March 10th.
The 76ers play the Pacers tomorrow at 3:30. A win will give them 3rd place leverage in a two-way tie with Indiana in the Eastern Conference.

Have A Good Day
Hiyadoin?
I decided to join a gym last year as you probably know if you’ve been following my blog, if not, I joined a gym. I joined sometime towards the end of last year, and it was the first gym membership I’ve purchased in about fifteen years.
I planned on getting in there at least two days a week because I know I’m outta shape, and I wanted to start slow. For at least a month I was consistent with two days, which is good because we obviously want to try to achieve those small goals we make for ourselves.
Sometimes however, things don’t go as planned, and we might have to make changes in our our schedules. I don’t drive, and it has been very cold and snowy this winter so I changed my workout routine from two days/three body parts per day to a total body workout one day per week.
Total body workouts are very good for building muscle endurance, and they should be performed with high intensity. A typical work consist of three sets per body part, but the break in between sets is longer than usual because you’re supposed to go through the entire body routine three times. For example, 1 set for chest, 1 set for back, 1 set for shoulders, 1 set for legs, 1 set for bi’s, and 1 set for tri’s. Take a five minute break and then go through the routine again completing one set for each body part, but switch up the exercises. Take a five minute break again then repeat once more. If you want, you can change the exercises again.
Today is Tuesday, March 5th, and yes it is Mardi Gras, but I decided not to venture out this evening. Obviously, the show will still go on so have fun if you are. I bought beads too!
Have a Good Night
New Orleans is known for many things, Mardi Gras perhaps being one of the more notable, but what I didn’t know is Tuesday March 5th is Mardi Gras day. That’s right, Mardi Gras Day!
I know we’re a long way from Louisiana, but maybe, just maybe we don’t have to be in New Orleans to enjoy the festivities. That could be wishful thinking on my part, but we shall see.
Tuesday isn’t a day know for partying, however, I think Mardi Gras is a good enough reason to venture out and see what’s up. I’ll be out. Enjoy, and expect a Wednesday follow up story.
What’s up? I’m not writing about anything special right now, just taking a moment to connect with my readers on a personal level.
I’m an Aquarius so I would like to wish all my Aquarian readers a happy birthday. It’s our time of the year so enjoy it.
How is everyone’s New Year going? Are you sticking with those resolutions you’ve made? Don’t forget about them.
Valentine’s Day is in six days, do you celebrate it? Are you making special plans?
I use several widgets on my site, and two of them are at the bottom of the page. If you scroll all the way down you should see a calendar counting down to Valentine’s Day, and a Video of the day.
Sometimes I don’t have the time to change the Video of the Day everyday or I’ll leave it up there for other reasons, but both are usually updated.
I want you guys to know I appreciate all of you who visit and follow noozbuffet.com, and I enjoy your feedback.
Later on down the road we’ll be looking to fine tune and streamline topics and categories on the site, but right now we’re having fun.

I love you.
Did I tell you that already? Don’t laugh, okay whatever.
Will you be my Valentine?
Do you remember all of those wonderful Valentine’s Day memories we created? It was late in afternoon, and cold out. I couldn’t wait to hold you. We created fire.
So I unlocked the door to your apartment hoping you’d be home, but you were still at work. I set the vase full of red and pink roses in the center of that table in your living room. I put the chocolate on the night table next to your bed, and whispered I love you under my breadth. After doing a few push ups and checking myself out in the mirror, I returned to the living room. It was getting dark out so I lit a few candles and finished writing in the card I bought you. You loved the way I wrote, and how I used to draw naked stick figures of us holding hands.
Before I knew it you were unlocking the door, and I’ll never forget the look on your face. You were so surprised to see me standing there with a card in my hand.
“Baby,” you said running to me.
“Happy Valentines Day sweetheart.”
I held you in my arms, and we hugged and kissed. Your face was freezing from the cold outside, and your cheeks were burning red. You looked so cute. We laughed and kissed some more.
Our night together was amazing. We played with each other in the shower under the hot steamy water. You dropped the soap, and I laughed.
I watched television while you cooked us dinner then we ate and drank wine. Your cheeks turned red again. You looked so cute. We were in love. After dinner we snuggled up close together on the couch under the same blanket. The movie was good, but I couldn’t wait to get you in bed.
You were so good to me that night and many other nights as well, but Valentine’s Day always seemed special. Your body was so tight, and I loved that natural heart that sat at the base of your spine. Your love, our passion, we had sex, but we made love. All night. All morning.
I love you. I know I told you that already, but I do, and it’s okay if you’re laughing because I am too.
Do you remember all those wonderful Valentine’s Day memories we created?
What are you doing this year?
Will you be my Valentine?
What is going on? It feels good to back writing again after a two-week layoff, or vacation I guess I should say. How were your Holidays? What did you do for New Years?
I know it’s only the second day of the new year, but don’t forget about those New Year Resolutions you’ve made. The fun part about this is that I’m right in stride with you. I let myself go over the years. I’ve made some bad decisions.
I’m back though, and you’re back too! If you followed the blog last year than you noticed that there were several articles concerning mental and physical health, and that’s where we’re at now. That’s where it’s at in general.
Twenty Nineteen is going to be about overcoming and persevering. It’s time to get ourselves back in the right frame of mind, and get back in shape physically.
All of those things we gave up on and let go of over the last ten or fifteen years we’ll reclaim this year if it’s beneficial.
I don’t like to look to far ahead, but there’s a lot going on this year. Don’t forget about us here at Nooz Buffet. Make sure you check in with Table 7 regularly to get the latest information, news, and ideas.
On Friday, December 21st, we can say goodbye to Fall and welcome Old Man Winter with open arms. I’m not sure what the weather has been like outside of Eastern Pennsylvania, but we’ve had some pretty cold days here in the Lehigh Valley.
