Planet of Prosperity Visits Twelfth House This Evening

November 7, 2025

If you follow astrology, then I know that at some point, somewhere, you probably read that the Twelfth House is the most mysterious house, but I don’t know if I would agree with that. The truth is that all the water houses are mysterious, and I don’t know if you could ever say that one is more mysterious than the other because all three of them are mysterious for different reasons.

The Twelfth House is mysterious because it’s the last house, and it’s ruled by the twelfth and last sign, Pisces. Simplify things. The end of anything is mysterious because no one really knows what’s coming next. There aren’t too many people who can predict the future, and not knowing the future can create feelings of stress, anxiousness, and claustrophobia.

The Piscean waters of the Twelfth House are deep, and we can’t see what’s at the bottom.

What we do know about the Twelfth House is that it’s extremely karmic. It’s in the Twelfth House that we’re rewarded or punished for our behavior and for our decisions. This is about the law of cause and effect.

We also know that secret enemies fall under the rulership of the Twelfth House, and this can manifest as random acts of violence by people we don’t know and have never met before, but even this, however, is believed to be covered under the laws of cause and effect.

The astrological Twelfth House rules prisons, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and most of all, limitations.

Now, despite all of that, the Twelfth House isn’t a bad place, and it’s definitely not as evil as some people think. Unfortunately, when confronted with the unknown and the mysterious, people are more likely to attack.

This evening at 11:30 P.M., Jupiter, the Planet of Expansion, will be on the 25th degree of Cancer in the Twelfth House.

Cancer is of the water element, she’s feminine, and her quality is cardinal. When we think of Cancer, words like feeling, loyalty, patriotic, protecter, and nurturer come to mind. Ruled by the Moon, Cancer is naturally receptive and emotional, but because of her cardinal quality, the energy of Cancer can be powerfully progressive.

With Jupiter in Cancer in the Twelfth House, the energies could have us feeling like enough is enough. For example, people with addictions issues might enter rehabilitation centers because they truly want to get well again and regain control of their lives. I can see Jupiter is in trine with Saturn in Pisces in the Eighth House. That could indicate surgeries or hospital visits for people who’ve been dealing with pain and other health issues for a very long time.

Also, because the Eight House rules birth and the Twelfth House rules hospitals, women who are pregnant and due to have children might be making a visit to the hospital sooner than expected.

With Jupiter in Cancer, we might feel overly protective of what’s ours, almost to the point that we need to back off a little bit. There’s nothing wrong with protecting and defending what’s yours, but you must be the judge at this time because you don’t want to be too much. When I say too much, I mean preventing growth and smothering something that needs to breathe.

Before, we talked a little about karma and the law of cause and effect. If you’re receiving your due at this time, whether it’s bad or good, whether you’re rewarded or robbed, make sure you take time think about why things are occurring, and what lessons the universe is trying to teach you because new opportunities are right around the corner. Especially, with the new moon coming up on the 20th.

Alright everyone, have a wonderful weekend!

It’s a Tug of War Between the Sun and Pluto

July 17, 2025

At 8:30 p.m., there was a lot of stress in the chart between the Sun, Pluto, and the Moon.

As you can see from my fabulous drawing, the horizontal axis connecting the ascendent and descendent run across the chart from the 28th degree of Capricorn to the 28th degree of Cancer. The opposition between those two points is natural.

However, four degrees below the ascendent is Pluto on the 2nd degree of Aquarius, and three degrees below the descendent is the Sun on the 25th degree of Cancer.

So, there’s an opposition between Pluto in Aquarius in the First House, and the Sun in Cancer in the Sixth House. The opposition is an aspect of tension, and for the two planets involved, it’s like a tug of war as both pull in opposite directions.

Oppositions almost always cause us to choose between one force or the other because we cannot have it both ways.

Photo by Danilo Arenas on Pexels.com

Pluto is the God of Emotional Encountering and the Eliminator. It’s a planet of tremendous power, and sitting so close to the ascendent like that, his energy will be influential right now.

The First House is the House of Self, it represents us personally, and Aquarius is the outgoing and friendly air sign representing intellect and humanitarianism.

With Aquarius we’re possibly dealing with large groups of people, and possible social movements. There’s going to be deep emotional experiences coming in through Pluto in Aquarius in the First House as we may or may not identify personally with such groups. These are the types of emotional experiences that motivate us to take action or make immediate changes in our lives. Aquarius brings the world’s stage and the collective to a house that would otherwise be personal or individualistic in nature.

We might be quick to pick up a sign and protest for what we believe in, or we might shun the groups representing what we don’t believe in. We’re getting in where we fit in, learning, and making the most out of our experiences. Pluto puts all the options on the table. Are you going to be a murderer? Are you going to be the CEO of a large corporation? An emperor? A Dictator? Are you going to exploit the group for personal gain, or is your heart sincerely down for the cause?

Pluto has a way of eliminating what no longer works, and he seems to do it in a way no one notices.

On the opposite side of all this, we have the Sun. The Sun represents our will, vitality, virility, dignity, warmth, and the force that gives life to everything around us. It’s our soul, the king in us, and the path of destiny.

The Sixth House deals with health, service, and work, and Cancer is the sign of loyalty, protection, and nurturing.

In the Sixth House, the Sun is putting a spotlight on issues close to home. It’s almost like we’re being forced to choose between the small town and the familiar stuff close to home that we’re used to, or taking a real chance at making your mark on the world.

Where does your loyalty lie? Maybe it’s time to let the larger issues of the world go, since they’re not directly affecting us, and turn our focus on the things close to home that are.

Health and faith. If you’re healthy, and if your beliefs are strong, you can go a long way. Conquering the world and fighting for the cause might be appealing now if you have both, but the real treasures you seek might be closer to home than you think.

Both, Pluto in Aquarius in the First House, and the Sun in Cancer in the Sixth House are being blocked by the Moon in Aries in the Third House.

We might not be getting the support from family members that we thought we would. Fighting and arguing with aunts and uncles could be draining us in the heat of this summer. Transportation could be an issue, and so could communications. Aries is the fiery sign of war and aggressions.

Think before you react to someone or something. Just take a second. The Moon in Aries could be a blessing, but it’s conflicting with the agendas of Pluto and the Sun. All is not lost however, because the obstacles presented in the square, give us the greatest opportunities to learn and grow.

Right now, it appears as if we need to make a choice and then deal with whatever comes from that decision, but a choice must be made.

Saturn Square Moon

June 25, 2025

I wanted to post this as a follow up to the Moon Scope article that went live at 3:00 am this morning. Yes, today is the beginning of a new lunar phase, which features a new moon in Cancer, and as of 3:00 pm this afternoon, the moon in Cancer in the Ninth House was 90 degrees away from Saturn in Aries in the Fifth House.

With Aries in the Fifth House there’s a focus on our role personally when it comes to things like having fun in the current moment. Through Cancer in the Ninth House, the moon has a lot to offer us, even if it is just a really long process leading down a really long road with love waiting at the end of it.

There’s a loving, caring, and nurturing energy now that seems to be the answer for the current situation, but we have to give it a chance. Nothing in the Ninth House comes quickly, and nothing comes easily. If you can, surrender yourself to this journey.

With Saturn in Aries in the Fifth House, we can see the manifestation of something questionable suddenly becoming a thing. What I mean by this is, for example, gambling is something most people do for fun. We go to the casino, and we spend money hoping to win big or hit the jackpot. Most people let it go after that, but there are others who will try to make a career out of gambling.

Saturn in that position can either limit us or bring form to something we love doing, but because of the square to the moon, I’m willing to bet that Saturn is bringing form to something, which will ultimately delay whatever the moon had in mind for us.

The bottom line is to be careful with fleeting pleasures. There’s an opportunity right now that we talked about in the Moon Scope article that involves something genuine and true. Things of that nature take time, but they’re well worth it in the end.

The moon in Cancer wants to bring us back to roots, back to family, and back to things that are familiar to us. She might even be looking to repair a broken or damaged relationship involving our mothers or wives.

I’m not one to shun the fun, but there’s a time and place for everything. Focus on what’s truly important.

Moon Scope

June 25, 2025 Edition

Beloved, welcome to this, June 25, 2025 Edition of Moon Scope, and thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet.

A new lunar cycle begins this evening in the astrological sign, Cancer. I do believe that it’s particularly special to have a new moon in Cancer because Cancer is ruled by the moon. In a sense, it’s like a homecoming.

I’ve been meditating late at night the past several days, and part of the reason why has to do with the solstice and the other part has to do with a need for answers and guidance.

Is the situation so dire that we need to pray for answers and guidance?

I’ll let you answer that for yourself, and if the answer is yes, then perhaps this new lunar cycle will open up and unfold in your favor. Remember, however, it’s the actions we take and the decisions we make that allow the path to unfold.

We’re going to see themes of loyalty now, family, and the immediate home environment. Guys, there could be an emphasis on the relationships we have with the women in our lives, particularly our mothers.

During one of my meditations, I saw an image of a wolf, and I just found an excellent photo of a wolf with a quote on the internet.

Cancer is ruled by the moon in the Fourth House, and the Fourth House is an angular house.  Energy builds up and spirals out from there.  It’s where our root system lies, and it’s where we’re supposed to ground ourselves before heading out into the world.

If the immediate home environment feels depressing, if there’s lots of arguing and fighting, and if it’s impossible to think and get productive work done, then what kind of a foundation are you leaving home with? If you’re always running out of the home to avoid petty arguments, then you’re more than likely moving in haste. It’s in these moments that we’re forgetful, careless, or we lose things.

How many times have you left the house because of an argument, and then you get in your car and drive really fast because you’re upset? And then, you cut people off in traffic, and curse at people while you’re driving, but what did those people really do to you? Nothing. You’re taking frustration from one part of your life and letting it affect some other part.

When we are young children and we’re born into our families, the root system is pretty much laid for us, but then we move out and there’s a need for us to establish our own roots.

Make a decision, and take action; decisions and actions, follow your heart, and allow the path to unfold. During the time of this new moon, the universe is working especially hard to balance the dynamics between home and family by getting to the root of issues.

What we learn is that sometimes, things cannot be changed. Sometimes, things just are the way they are, and at some point, we must be okay with that if we’re to move forward.

Sometimes, we think that we’re in the best situation at home with family, because blood is thicker than water, right? You know what, that is not a rule of thumb. There have been plenty of situations were that was proven wrong.

For example, I just wrote a short analysis of the chart for that shooting that occurred in Indiana where a man shot his wife, his mother-in law, and his kids.

That was family.

What this is coming down to is a need to reestablish our root system so that we can go out and give life our best shot. This is life, and throughout life, as long as we’re living, we’ll continue to learn. As long as you’re learning, that means you’re still growing.

Some of us are in our thirties and forties now, and our lives are totally not what we imagined them to be when we were teenagers. Some people need another opportunity, or a third or a fourth chance.

As we’re making decisions and taking action and our path unfolds, we’re going to meet new people. We’ll make new friends and form new relationships. Loyalty is what Cancer is all about. Make sure your loyalty aligns with those who truly care about you.

Possessive, moody, critical, and self-pitying are the dark energies of Cancer so, watch out for those. If you feel yourself displaying any of those characteristics, regroup and get to the root of the issue.

At the time of the new moon, there will be a three-way conjunction between the sun, the moon, and Jupiter in Cancer in the Twelfth House. If we can establish a balance between the masculine and feminine qualities within, we’ll be able to navigate the Twelfth House with clarity. There’s a lot of mystery involved with the Twelfth House, and it’s mystical and deep. It can be a fun place with a lot to offer.

Just as a reminder, summer began almost five days ago. We have the start of a new season, the sun changing signs from Gemini to Cancer, and the new lunar cycle beginning tonight. That’s a lot of transition.

Things might seem confusing right now, but believe me, within the next week or so it will all be so very clear. I feel like the Universe is testing us. It dropped us in the Twelfth House, and it wants to see if we can find our way out.

Have fun with it, and enjoy the process, and if the people around you don’t know how to do the same, start distancing yourself.

Sun Closing the Gap; Six Days Until Summer

June 15, 2025

It takes Jupiter approximately 11.83 years to orbit the Sun. Divide 11.83 by twelve signs in the zodiac, and you’ll have the amount of time Jupiter spends transiting each individual sign, which is roughly one year.

The Sun, as it moves around a geocentric or an earth centered model, obviously moves much faster spending thirty days in each zodiac sign.

Jupiter is on the 1st degree of Cancer right now, and the Sun is on the 24th degree of Gemini, so the Sun is fast approaching that solstice line separating Gemini and Cancer. June 21st is the first of day of summer, and that’s six days away. During that time, the Sun will move six degrees and post up on the X-Mark, which also represents the solstice point or the zero degree of Cancer.

At midnight on the 21st, Jupiter will have moved one degree to the second degree of Cancer, and that means for the start of summer, we’ll have a conjunction with the Sun and Jupiter in a very tight Fourth House (Nineteen Degrees).

The Fourth House of Home is highlighted, and the Fourth House is the center of our root system. So, while we associate things like mom, the home we live in, domestic affairs, and the ending years of life with the Fourth House, it also contains your true identity and those things you protect and hold close to your heart.

This is a very private area of the chart. The tree of life is represented in the chart, and the MC or the cusp of the Tenth House would be the tippy top of the tree. Therefore, the roots are represented by the IC or the Fourth House cusp. The root system is centered in the Fourth House, and it spreads out to include a portion of the Third and Fifth Houses.

The Tenth House represents your public life, and the Fourth House represents your private life.

If you want to get an idea of how private, personal, and important the Fourth House is, then consider the roots of a tree. They’re hidden and they’re underground where they cannot be seen by anyone, but they’re responsible for the growth and life of the tree.

Wow, so, since this chart wasn’t pulled for anyone specifically, we can assume this message is for all of us-humanity.

The MC/IC axis in this chart runs from Sagittarius 16 degrees at the top to Gemini 16 degrees at the bottom. That’s pretty much on point with the line of power that runs along the 15th degree and connects Sagitta, a small constellation in the center of Sagittarius, to Rigel, which is the foot of Orion in Gemini.

Really, we’re talking about head to toe, from the pineal gland (Sagitta) and the inflow of energy through the crown chakra down to the outflow of energy through the feet. This is the energy, vibration, and frequency that connects all of humanity, and the human sign is Gemini.

If we aligned the zodiac with the clock, Sagittarius would be at 9 o’clock, and Gemini would be at 3 o’clock-a horizontal line. However, since these signs are aligned with MC/IC axis, that line becomes vertical. This is a rare opportunity to take earthly frequencies into the heavenly realms.

Cancer is intuitive feelings, and with the Moon in the Second House (Possessions/Money), this may be a time when we’re taking a look at the things we own and our immediate environments. Intuitively, we’re being guided to make the best decisions for ourselves, and this is where energy and frequency come in.

People age, we grow, we evolve, and some of us can become totally new to the point that we’re no longer recognizable to those who’ve always known us.

At this point, if you’ve become totally new and unrecognizable, it’s almost like the universe trapped you. You changed on the inside, so now you must change on the outside. A new life awaits, and that means new people and new places.

Yes, it can be sad, but holding on to way you used to be, and holding on to the people who no longer recognize you can result in lots of arguing and fighting. Your life might seem off track or like you’re unfulfilled in some way. The love might still be there, but the chemistry has changed.

It’s like trying to blend two records when one spins at 100 beats per minute and the other at 50 beats per minute. It’s a train wreck.

Protecting your energy and your frequency doesn’t require living in isolation, it means that you must now go with flow, get into flow, and let intuition and love lead the way. Get in the company of people who vibe with you, and everything else will fall into place.

Now, this is easier said than done because we’re human. We have deep attachments to things, places, and people, we don’t want to let go or change, and we have prejudices.

Think about that, that’s being guided by what you cannot see. You might find yourself in a place you never imagined and with people you never imagined, but energetically, everything is peaceful. Remember, you cannot see the roots of the tree, but they’re responsible for the growth and life of the tree.

With the MC in Sagittarius, people might walk off now, and you might ask yourself, where the hell is he going? He has not a pot to piss in, but he just packed a bag left. People are really searching now and embarking on journeys or pilgrimages.

This might not make sense to you, but that person is searching for something. Don’t ridicule that person if he or she is close to you. Love them and support their decisions.

With part of Gemini and a little of Cancer squeezed into the Fourth House, loyalty to one another is what this is also about, especially between siblings and extended family members.

The Cancer Crab has a hard exterior but is known to be quite soft on the inside. Patience. Take your time to get to know someone for who they really are. Also, at home, there might be some heart-to-heart conversations as we get to the root of issues and reveal what’s truly bothering us.

The summer solstice is a time of celebration. With Jupiter conjunct the Sun, this would probably be the perfect time to conceive. There’s an abundance of creativity, life force, will, and love.

Moon Scope

January 13, 2025

Good evening! Thank you for visiting Nooz Buffet, and welcome to the first Moon Scope of the new year!

For those who are new to my website, the Moon Scope is something I usually write twice per month for the new and full moons. The title, Moon Scope, is a combination of the words horoscope and moon.

Let’s begin..

It was widely believed that the time of full moon was one of craziness, and that’s where we get the word lunatic. Thanks to popular culture, humanity was brainwashed into thinking the full moon made people crazy, but that’s not true at all. As a matter of fact, during my own research, I found that there’s more murder and a general increase in violent crimes when the crescent moon is waxing.

The full moon is a time of revelation. When the moon culminates and is 100% illuminated, we have an opportunity to gain insight, wisdom, and a better understanding of what we’re doing personally.

In the astrological sign of Cancer, the Moon is home. The Moon rules Cancer, so the influence of the Moon will be stronger. Tonight’s full moon is the first full moon of 2025, and it’s going to be powerful. Set aside a half hour in the morning and a half hour in the evening so you can meditate.

This current lunar cycle, don’t forget, began on the 30th of December. That’s important to keep in mind because it’s the reason why there was a carryover or an overlap of certain issues. Old relationships, old patterns of behavior, and anything you wanted to leave in the past (2024), might’ve resurfaced during the first week of January, and it’s really because this lunar cycle began at the end of 2024.

If you have a list of New Year’s resolutions, stick with it. Create boundaries, and stand firm. 2025 is brand-new. The old, the outdated, the negative, the hate, the spiteful; all of that, which you decided to move on without, will make one last attempt to cling on and be apart of your life during this new year. Don’t allow it.

Cancer is a beautiful sign. It’s the cardinal sign of water that indicates loyalty. Cancer is about nurturing, sympathy, and kindness. It’s receptive, patient, and cool.

The new moon on December 30th was in Capricorn, and Saturn rules Capricorn. When we look at the polarity of these two signs, we see Saturn, the stern ruler of limitations and restrictions.

He’s the dominant ruling with an iron fist, and the Moon in Cancer is like the submissive. With a shrewd mind, she takes it all in.

Right now, in our lives, the above scenario might apply on so many different levels, and this full moon is waking us up by bringing us face to face with the question, “How much will you continue to take?”

The cardinal quality of Cancer will have us pushing for change, and at this point, we should know exactly what we want because..

..we’ve had an overabundance of the stuff we thought we wanted, which turned out to be everything we didn’t want. Now we know.

As we move forward, Cancer is reminding us to remain loyal to the people who’ve been loyal to us. Take care of your family members, friends, and loved ones. Be patient with them and show them kindness.

It might be a good idea to spend some extra time around the house if that’s possible. Tell your mother and the women in your life that you love and appreciate them.

Pay attention to your body and how you feel. How do you feel about yourself, your life, your friends, your job, your relationships, your health? Tune in and let your intuition guide the way. If something feels wrong, then it probably is now, so don’t ignore it.

This full moon will offer us an opportunity to change the beliefs, the opinions, and the perceptions that others have of us, and when it comes to the opinions that others have of us, we’re partly to blame. Don’t be shy. Engage, and speak up for yourself.

Before the lunar cycle begins anew, a return to your roots might be necessary. Some of us might find it helpful to return to our old neighborhoods-where we grew up. Remembering what we were like, how things were, or how far we’ve come might shed light on a current situation.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season, and happy new year.

Once this current lunar cycle ends, 2025 will be official.

Cancer 29/30

Good morning everyone!

Do you have something placed on the 29/30 degree of Cancer? This is the very last degree in Cancer, right on the cusp of Leo. I have the trans-Neptunian dwarf planet, Orcus there, I know my brother has Jupiter there, and I’m sure a lot of other people have placements there as well.

The Sabian Symbol for Cancer 29/30 reads: “A Daughter of the American Revolution,” and according to the seers of the Sabian mysteries, this is tied to respect for tradition.

Yesterday, I used several books in my possession for reference in order to come up with a view of what this degree is all about.

So, the 29/30 degree of Cancer is in the last decan of the sign. Since signs are 30 degrees, astrologers broke them down into decans, which is three groups of 10 degrees. Each decan has it’s own description, unique field of energy, and sign ruler.

According to my good friend, Bernie Ashman, the last decan of Cancer is between the dates 7/12 and 7/21, and this is important because it gives us a time frame, or a time of the year, which helps to create an image in our minds we can attach to the degree. So, we’re obviously dealing with the summer time here in the northern hemisphere. Imagine a warm summer day with the sun glaring off the surface of a vast ocean.

Pisces is the ruler of this 3rd zone, the energy field is mutable, and the related signs are Cancer and Pisces. Cancer and Pisces translates to “fueled by causes.”

So, according to Ashman, the 29/30 degree of Cancer is tied to causes. This is super interesting.

Why?

Because according to astrologer, Woolfolk, the 29/30 degree of Cancer is connected to the ancient constellation, Argo Navis. Mythology tells us Argo Navis was the magical ship of adventure, and it was placed in the heavens by Poseidon to help guide sailors traveling the southern seas.

We now have a degree fueled by causes that’s connected the magical ship of adventure, Argo Navis. This connects us directly to the Movie, Jason and the Argonauts (Argo/Argonauts). Jason choses 50 men, the Argonauts, who assist him on his journey to find the Golden Fleece.

For a better understanding of this degree and the placements you have there, it would be helpful to watch this awesome movie.

At the end of the day, the 29/30 degree of Cancer, if we have placements there, can create this heightened sense of purpose. It could have us feeling as Ashman accurately described, fueled by causes. And consider the Sabian Symbol, “A daughter of the American Revolution.” Breaking away from Britain and claiming independence was a cause felt by the people living in the North American Colonies at that time in the 1700s.

Because Cancer is naturally a 4th house sign, and the 4th house governs our home, we all, in a sense, are faced with a journey and fueled by a cause because at some point, we all have to grow up and leave our parents. In order to become independent and create our own lives, we have to leave the home we grew up in.

I hope this helps deepen your understanding of the 29/30 degree of Cancer. I can go deeper and get more in depth for those who are advanced in the field of astrology, but as far a basic understanding is concerned, I think this is appropriate.

Have a great day everyone!

In Love With the Fame

With Venus in the 10th House right now, love and beauty entered the realm of career and public reputation. I wouldn’t be wrong to assume love could be used to further your personal goals and agenda in this area as well. I’m not suggesting you sleep with the boss to get that promotion you want so bad, but if you put a little extra care and love into your pursuits, it might really pay off.

It’s possible a recent career choice has made you very happy, and the truth here is when you love what you do for a living, everything else seems to follow.

The 10th House is also an area that represents a place you’ve arrived at through your own efforts. Don’t be afraid to show a kinder and more loving side of yourself if you’re not seen in that way already.

Cancer is the sign here, and Cancer is the sign of home and family. At this time, I would look for opportunities coming by way of the family. Sometimes, a parent or a sibling might have a friend or know someone who could be of help to you.

A lot of people don’t recognize this, but the home and family play a huge part in where you end up in life. The 4th House (home and family) represents your foundation, and parents who are well known and successful in their careers tend to have children who follow suit. Family members can open doors for us that friends can’t.

But, let’s not get too wrapped up in the 4th House because we’re talking about the 10th House. If you’re looking to increase your popularity and gain more recognition or even fame, it’s hard to ignore someone who genuinely loves. Right? Doesn’t love conquer all?

Moon Scope; Breakout Time

April 26, 2023 Edition

Good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to this April 26, 2023 Edition of Moon Scope.

As April comes to an end, we find our waxing crescent moon that’s 6 1/2 days old in the astrological sign of Cancer, and honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better sign to have a moon placement because the Moon rules Cancer. The Moon is home in Cancer, which means the lunar energy will be at its strongest and most prominent.

In the chart I pulled at 9:55 this morning, the Moon was in the 1st house on Cancer’s 21st degree.

The waxing crescent phase is one that’s all about action, and as the Moon’s light brightens up the first house, “the self” comes into focus.

When we take Moon’s phase and the fact that Mars is within 5 degrees of the Moon into consideration, there’s an aggressive approach to some delicate energy here, and the message is to do whatever you have to do to be nurturing towards yourself.

Compassionate, passionate, nurturing, receptive, and sensitive are all words that describe our zodiac’s Crab, and because Cancer is in the 1st house instead of its natural home, the 4th, the attention shifts from home and family to ourselves personally. A lot of people give us shit and call us selfish when we put ourselves first, but taking care of ourselves isn’t selfish.

Most of us possess Cancer-like energy because I think we’re at our happiest when we’re surrounded by family and things that are familiar to us, but my interpretation of this alignment is that it’s time to step out of our comfort zones. It’s time to get away from the familiar and seek new unfamiliar people and experiences that are going to help us grow as individuals.

The crab is the symbol for Cancer, and crabs have a hard, impenetrable shell that protects everything soft and vulnerable underneath. At the first signs of danger, the crab may retreat back into its shell and rush off into the water where it feels safe.

With Mars at our side, it’s definitely not a time to retreat. We are being nudged to break out of our shells. Don’t worry about being vulnerable, and don’t worry about what people are going to think or say when they see the real you.

Lucky Numbers: 3 and 7

Culmination

Hello and Good Evening Everyone! So, before I begin this post, I just wanted to share some not so good news. Smorgasbord 3 Prophecy and Poverty was turned down by Llewellyn Publishing, and I have some mixed emotions about that. It’s not the end of the world, but the reasons they gave for why they decided to “pass” on it, didn’t seem sincere.

I’d hate to say this, but when your writing is real, intuitive, and comes from the heart, mainstream book publishing companies can be like mainstream news stations. In addition, people are jealous and envious. It’s not uncommon for ideas, and as my brother calls it, mental property to be cherry picked and straight up stolen. The next thing you know, the brother of the woman who works for the publishing company publishes a book with everything I just talked about, but it’s okay for him. I hope that isn’t the case here, but it does happen.

My writing is excellent and my thoughts are brilliant, and there isn’t another creator out here that compares. In 2019 when I handed the original Smorgasbord manuscript in, I set a new standard and broke ground then in the book industry, because my work was uncategorizable and original.

Smorgasbord, as a series, is way ahead of its time, and some people are starting to wake up to that.

Let’s get on with it shall we..

Tonight, as we all know, is August 11th, and the moon this evening will be fully illuminated at 100%. After tonight, we’ll have one more full moon on September 10th in Pisces, and that will be the last full moon of our 2022 summer season.

Right now, the moon is in a conjunction with Saturn in Aquarius in the 1st House. These two planets are separated by 5 degrees. This alignment is almost identical to where these two planets were in the astrological chart for the JFK assassination. At 12:30 PM on November 22, 1963, the moon and Saturn were in a conjunction in Aquarius, but in the 12th house. They were separated by 6 degrees, and almost occupied the exact same degrees.

This current moon phase began on July 28th, last month, and tonight, it finally culminates in the sign of the Water Bearer. This new moon was powerful because if you remember, it was home in Cancer. The seeds were sown as we engaged in issues revolving around our home, our roots and who we truly are, and maybe even our mother. And as this cycle culminates, we find it doing so in Aquarius.

Aquarius is the sign of friendship and the future. It’s fixed air, and it’s intellectual. When the intellect is involved (element of air) focus becomes the key for enjoyment. Be present, and be in the moment. We love history, and we love dreaming about the future, but nothing is more important than what you’re doing at this moment.

If you think about where we started, and where we’re at now, this full moon should’ve or should be revealing something to you about yourself as it sits in the first house of self. You’ve been spending a lot of time thinking about who you are, and where you came from, and whenever we have those thoughts, it’s natural for us to think about where we’re going or where we would like to be.

The moon’s conjunction with Saturn in the first house is waking you up to the reality that you are in full control over your life and your future. It’s waking you up to the reality that windfalls are few and far between. Some people can get from point A to point B in a year, and some people can get to B in ten years.

How we get there, and when we get there in this case, isn’t important. All that matters is that you get to point B. Maybe it’s not the prettiest way and maybe it’s not the fastest way, but a step-by-step methodical approach can get you to where you want to be.

A strong foundation is important, and in this moon phase, our home, our roots, and our deepest inner being is directly connected to our future hopes and wishes. The answers you seek are within you.

At this moment, if you’re doing what you need to do, and you’re not cutting corners or taking the easy way out, then you’re in favor with the universe! Big time!!

Remain positive, and hope and wish for all the wonderful things you want and feel like you deserve. You’ll be shocked at what flows into your life.

Your mother is also a key figure here. Let her know she’s appreciated, and thank her for doing what she does. The full moon is a time of culmination, enjoy it.
