Hello everyone!  How’s your day going?  This morning I headed over to the local park for a workout, and it was absolutely beautiful outside;  Sunny and warm with a slight cool breeze.  It’s probably going to be a gorgeous evening.

💉 Daniel Lewis Lee, a 47-year old man from Yukon, Oklahoma, is the first man killed by federal execution in two years.  Lee, who was convicted of murder for killing an Arkansas family in the 90’s, was given lethal injection.  His last words were, “You’re killing an innocent man.”

🎤 I wanted to give a shout out to online writer Lindsey Romain, for her article published on Nerdist.  The article was about the upcoming season of Unsolved Mysteries.  I’m a huge fan, and I love that show.  I share your interest, keep up the good writing!

📼 Channel 69 News online released a video of a man who appeared to be intoxicated on the street outside the St. Luke’s emergency room in Allentown.  Two police officers eventually closed in to make an arrest, but because one of the police officers  put his knee on the back of the man’s neck while cuffing him, local citizens are now concerned.

English YouTube Star Dead at 24

Normally, I try not to re-post news articles, but this article, because of its deep sadness, caught my attention.

I have know idea who she is, but English YouTube star, Nicole Thea, was found dead this past Saturday morning.  Thea, who was also a London based clothing designer, was 8 months pregnant.  Her unborn son, Reign, did not survive either.

The cause of death is unknown at this time.

This is such a sad story.  It seems like she had everything going for her, and at such a young age.

Road Raging On Pedestrians

I was walking down the street two days ago.  I was on the sidewalk walking in the direction with the traffic.  After almost a mile, I stopped at the corner to drink some water and catch my breadth.

There was a car stopped with its blinker on preparing to make a left hand turn.  The driver put her hand out of her window and waved me to go ahead and cross, but I was tired.  Like I said, I was catching my breadth and drinking water.

Eventually, she went, and as she made the turn she decided to put her window down and yell, “You have the right-away asshole!”

Now, if I could bring that woman back, I would say,

“You were so mad that I didn’t cross the street, you cursed at me, why?  I know I can cross the street,  I know I have the right-away-I’m a pedestrian.  I’ve been crossing street for 40 years, I understand the rules of the road.  If I waved you to go, but you decided not to, I wouldn’t have called you an asshole.  So tell me, why did that bother you so much, and why did you curse at me?”

You’re a grown woman, probably in your 60’s.  I don’t know where your anger is coming from, but please, don’t take it out on me.  Before we met at that exact crossing point, I had already walked a mile, but what I do is none of your business.

Maybe you need anger management classes.

Let Go

A clenched fist caused the world to pause,

Until it opened,

And people saw there was nothing inside.

Francis LaManna

Interesting times we’re living in.  It seems like everything that was normally down is up now; right is wrong, and it’s good to be bad.  What’s make this moment in history so special is that it seems like now more than ever, this universe-this amazing universe is urging us to become more-self reliant.

It seems like now more than ever, the universe want us to follow our hearts, or maybe, just go with that gut feeling, and the best part is that it’s offering rewards.  It’s very difficult to walk-away from something you’ve been with for a long time- be it a job, a relationship, or just throwing away possessions during your annual Spring cleaning, but I truly believe something greater awaits.

When you release your grip and stop clinging to what has always been, what you’ve always known, and what you’re now used to, you allow your life to unfold, and the only way to do that is by following your intuition and listening to your heart.

I know the world has been a crazy place lately.  Our televisions and computers have shown violence, crime, pandemics, and people walking around with doctor masks on, the world absolutely looks like a scary crazy place.  Taking a leap of faith into the unknown is last thing on most peoples’ minds, but the most difficult and challenging times produce the greatest rewards.

Anything is possible right now, don’t let fear prevent you from experiencing something that may never again be possible.  There are still good people in this world.

The Books

It has been almost ten years since leaving my old place, and  before leaving, I clearly remember packing my books.  I had two small shelves filled with reading material, nothing big.  It was just a modest, but meaningful collection.

I carefully placed all of my books into a tote, and I placed the tote with the other boxed items that were ready to be moved.  Several days went by, and the unpacking was in full swing, but it wasn’t until I wanted to read something one day that I decided to look for that tote.

I couldn’t find it!  Every now then during the passing years, I’d go down into the basement and look for the books, but I didn’t see them.

I started thinking, “where the hell are those books?”  Maybe I forgot them?  Maybe I left them on the moving truck?  Maybe someone stole them?  I didn’t know.  I had no idea.

Three days ago a bird crapped on my shoulder, and people say that’s good luck.  I always believed that to be true as well, however, that particular day didn’t really seem lucky, but a day later, guess what happened…

I found the books!  They were in the tote exactly the way I packed them almost ten years ago.  It’s crazy.  I think about all those times I went into the basement to look for them, and saw nothing.  Even though they were my books, I guess it wasn’t time for me to see them.  How weird is that?

Dating Apps, Sites, and “Groups”

I would like to offer a piece of valuable information, and this is for both guys and girls.  Especially, those guys and girls who have been single for quiet some time.

If you’re using a dating application, a dating website, or you’ve joined a singles group on some social media platform, look at the list below:

  • Your age (Just so you know you’re both 18 or over)
  • Your name (First name so they know what to call you)
  • A picture (so they know what you look like)

That’s it.

We’re POLICING EACH OTHER!  Don’t disclose anymore information about yourself until you meet the person.  There’s no reason to.  Set a date and time to meet.  Make sure it’s during the day, and in a public place with lots of people around.

How many people are you going to tell your life story to on a website?  You might disclose your most personal information 100 times before you get one date, and you don’t even know who you’re talking to.

🌞Mr. Golden Sun: The sun entered Cancer on June 20th, and it will remain there until July 22nd.  Happy Birthday to all the Cancers born in July!  Cancer is a water sign ruled by the moon, and like every sign, cancer has its influences.  On the darker side, cancers can be moody and a little self-absorbed, but on the brighter side they can be quite tenacious and imaginative.  As always, it’s up to the native to find a balance and properly blend these energies.

⭐Hint:  If you believe in astrology, it will work for you.

astronomy cloud clouds cosmos🌙Ms. Shiny Moon:  Tonight’s moon is in the Astrological sign of Aquarius.  The moon will remain in Aquarius until the 11th, and then it will enter Pisces.

I don’t know if you were aware, but the first full moon this month was on the 5th.  There was also a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse on the same evening.  On Monday, July 20th, we get a brand new moon, which always brings fresh vibes and new opportunities.  If you’re looking to start something new, July 20th might be the day to do it.  The Astronomy Calendar on seasky.org, is calling for meteor showers at the month’s end.  They say if you grab yourself a nice dark spot just after midnight, you might be able to see something.  I suggest bringing a cuddle buddy just in case, this way, if the sparks aren’t flying in the sky, maybe they’ll be somewhere else.  You know what I’m saying!  💛💜

Bad Man Steals Good Book!

The 1615 edition of the Geneva Bible was stolen from the Carnegie Library in Pittsburgh two decades ago, but it was finally recovered in April, 2019, from a Dutch museum.

Who was the culprit?

The archivist!

That’s right, a 62-year-old man named Gregory Priore, who was hired to look after the library’s expensive collection of books, maps, and other items, stole over $8 million dollars worth of stuff.  He was an employee at the library for 20 years.

Just when you think you know a guy.

You can always count on Table Seven to provide you with the latest and most up to date information about nutrition and supplements.

In addition, I’ll never talk about or promote a product unless I’m taking it, or I took it.

Sometimes I talk about my old glory days of college football on here, but I never mention the intense weight training programs or the nutritional supplement regimens.

In the early 2000’s, I was taking almost 30 pills per day (mostly amino acids and vitamins), but when I stopped lifting, I also stopped supplementing.  Recently, I decided to take back control of my body.  The glory days of football are long gone, but I can still take care of my health, and so can you.

When I went to the food store a few days ago I picked up a bottle of Turmeric 450 mg because I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about it.

According to Webmd.com in an article titled, “Health Benefits of Turmeric,” Turmeric is said to be a relative of ginger that’s common in Indian, Southeast Asian, and Middle Eastern Cooking.  India has been using Turmeric for centuries to treat breathing problems.

Reviewscout.org lists joint health, memory and focus, heart health, and digestive health as the top four benefits of taking a Turmeric Supplement.

Never before have I taken a Turmeric supplement so I’m really excited.  Right now, I’m taking one 450 mg tablet once daily, and hopefully in a couple of weeks I’ll start seeing and feeling some positive results.  I will definitely update y’all.

Alright everyone, I hope you’re is doing well and staying healthy.  I appreciate you guys and girls.  I really do.  Thank you.

Have A Wonderful Night!
