The Reason Why

Yes, I do believe in a higher power, and people will ask me, “Francis, how are you so sure there’s a higher power?”

Because, I say, you and I have mothers. We were born, we’re the result of a man and a woman coming together and procreating.

If humans can only be here through birth, then where did the original mother and father, or man and woman come from?

There’s no way around this. The first man and woman couldn’t have come into existence through birth if they were the first!

So, where the f!ck did we come from?

In Case of an Emergency

If you’re home, out with your friends, or at work and you get something in your eye and there’s no eyewash fountain where you are;

close your eye, take a water bottle half way full with clean water, unscrew the cap, and put the open round top over your eye.

The put your head back and open your eye. Let the clean water wash out the eye.

When I share this with people they’re like okay whatever, but if you’re in the situation where your eye is burning you’re going to be more than relived you know this little trick now.

I Mean, Not That It Surprises Me

I was interested in job with PBS39. I’m always watching their YouTube documentaries, and I’m qualified.

And then, I started scrolling through the job requirements/descriptions and I see this:

“Vaccination for COVID-19 is is required to enter our offices/studio and to represent us in public.”

No thanks.

Again, if you want to get vaccinated, go ahead, but how dare you give your employees that ultimatum? How dare you not respect the personal God-given rights of individuals?

Oh, if you want to represent PBS39 in public, you have to get vaccinated?

Give me a fucking break.

That fact that you have no respect for individual choice is enough to make me not want to represent you anyway, and besides, your news doesn’t inspire or empower. It remains firm to carrying the narrative even when it no longer makes sense.

It’s too bad the U.S. is full of corporate socialism.

Through My Research..

I wanted to get this off my chest and out of my head, and I’m thinking about the best way say it. I’ve read tons of books, internet articles, religious texts, and I’ve studied numerology, astrology, alchemy, metaphysics, and the list goes on.

In trying to find the answer to the questions; is there life after death, do we come back, what’s our relationship with our creator, who are we, why are we here and where did we actually come from, I realized something during investigation into the Kennedy assassination.

If there is any text written that could actually shed some light on any of those questions, it’s not in public hands.

But I’ve realized that there is an intelligence or a spirit or soul, there’s something, and I don’t know if it’s acquired through birth, or later on in life through maturity, but some people who’ve walked this earth embodied this ability to cause a natural wake-up amongst the population.

All of a sudden, people start remembering their relationship to their source or God. It happened to the Jewish people during Passover when Jesus was alive, and it was happening to the Catholics when Kennedy was alive.

What we read in books is for the most part, just information.

Knowledge can be gained, but wisdom..

wisdom is concealed, protected, and compartmentalized.

And that’s where I’m going to end this.

Mind, Body, & Stress

There are lots of reasons for why people meditate, but calming the body through meditation becomes important after stress has taken its toll on us. Stress wears us out because our bodies have to adapt to situations that are stressful; chemicals and hormones get depleted and the body becomes tired.

Our reaction to stress can have some serious effects on our bodies. The tension caused by stress cannot be properly released when we react with anger, fear, or depression, and when stress isn’t released it can result in a weakened immune system, muscle tension, psychological issues, heart disease, and cancer. Yes, cancer.

When the mind and body are in a calm state, the energies within us can be directed toward repair, strengthening the body and the immune system.

I believe physical activity through exercise is probably one of the better ways for us to deal with stress. Not only will exercising give us that healthy outlet we need, but it will release endorphins, bring oxygen to the blood, and aid the circulatory system.

Most importantly, exercising can bring us to a point where meditating is possible. If you want to get the most out of meditating, you should add physical exercise to your routine.

Our health has to come first because without it, nothing is possible. For most people, weather it’s recognized or not, stress is experienced daily. Getting up every day and going to work is stressful, making sure you have enough money to pay your bills and keep a roof over your head is stressful, assholes out on the road, in the stores, and at work are stressful. Raising kids is stressful.

Stress will destroy your life if you let it destroy your health.

Don’t allow that to happen.

Assassination of MLK

I was on the fence about using astrology to analyze the MLK assassination, because the JFK analyzation took over 60 pages to explain.

I saw some similarities though, and I think I might do it now, but just keep my findings here on Nooz Buffet instead of writing them in my new book.

What did I see?

Well, again, Pluto and Uranus are in conjunction in Virgo and Neptune is in Scorpio. That’s enough for me.

Also interesting; the MLK assassination was 4/4/1968, and the RFK assassination was 6/6/1968 and JFK was 46 when he was killed.

The Interesting Thing About Planet Mercury

Mercury is the messenger God, and the planet of communications ruling both Virgo and Gemini. I know it’s hard to imagine this because astronomically speaking, Mercury makes one rotation around the sun in about 88 days, so it appears to be free of the sun, but astrologically speaking, Mercury is very limited.

Mercury never strays more than 28 degrees away from the sun.

For example, Mercury can only be in Sagittarius if the sun has reached at least the 3rd or 4th degree of Scorpio, is in Sagittarius, or hasn’t passed the 27th degree of Capricorn. Basically, Mercury can only be in Sagittarius during the sun’s transits of Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Capricorn, or at some point between November and the middle of January.

This is one of those things about astrology people don’t give much thought to, but this knowledge does have its place of importance somewhere.
